Anima–July Rescue and Sad News (C1628-Mojito)!

<03-07-2017> C1628-Mojito (F), few days old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd July 2017, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a new born kitten was found in a pavilion on Guia Hill. According to passers-by, C1628-Mojito had been crying there for few hours but no mother cat was seen. She started having difficulty in breathing and could not swallow the milk in the afternoon. Unfortunately she passed away around 7pm. R.I.P. my friend! Thanks Mr. Chan! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–July Rescue (C1627-Mag Mag)!

<02-07-2017> C1627-Mag Mag (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 2nd July 2017, after a call from Mr. Ngai reporting that his friend disappeared and left one cat with him. Later on we were able to contact the owner but he said he couldn’t take care of C1627-Mag Mag anymore. C1627-Mag Mag was checked by our vet and dewormed. She is staying in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise now. Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–July Rescue (C1625, C1626)!

<02-07-2017> C1625-Sunnie (F) and C1626-Lemon (M), both around five years old, were rescued by Anima on 2nd July 2017, after a call from Ms. Cheong reporting that she rescued two cats in Guia Hill one month ago when she heard there were some people poisoning the cats. She took care of them for a month and found out that she has allergy. Today she showed up with the cats in our Cat’s Paradise and asked if she could leave the cats with us. C1625-Sunnie and C1626-Lemon are staying in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise now. Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–Fountain of Hope visited us!

<01-07-2017> Today, 63 people visited us, 10 of them were from Fountain of Hope that came to our Cat’s Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life!  More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to June 2017, Anima received 4,856 visitors, an increase of 32.2% as compared with the same period of last year. 73 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 25.9%, and we have been in 20 events organized by friends or by us, an increase of 17.6%! Anima–July Rescue (C1622, C1623)!

<01-07-2017> C1622-Berenice (F) and C1623-Barnabas (M), both around five months old, were rescued by Anima on 1st July 2017, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that two cats were kept in a cage for half an year in a restaurant of Macau. According to Ms. Leong, the owner only fed them with remaining fish bones. There were three more cats but they disappeared for long time already. Ms. Leong convinced the owner to hang over C1622-Berenice and C1623-Barnabas to her and asked our help. C1622-Berenice and C1623-Barnabas were checked by our vet and dewormed. Anima–July Sad News (896-Vivian)!

<01-07-2017> 896-Vivian (F), with an estimated age of seven years old now, was rescued by Anima on 18th September 2012, together with her family,  a group of 25 dogs that were all abandoned in Macau Kennel. The owner didn’t neuter his dogs and let the family grew until that huge amount. And finally when he couldn’t handle, he just abandoned them all in Macau Kennel without any responsibility. On that time Anima decided to take over all 25 dogs. We had space on that time! 896-Vivian became sick and had been staying in our vet area for some days. She was taking medication but she didn’t improve at all and began to enter in suffer! After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put her sleep. Anima–July Adoption (1896-Stormy)!

<01-07-2017> Stormy was adopted by Ms. Viridiana on 1st July 2017! 1896-Stormy (M), on the time around 1.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on the 25th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Gina, informing that the puppy was collected by a friend in Av. Son On, near the bus factory. He was brought to a clinic for check up and dewormed. Stormy stayed with us and was now adopted. Thanks Ms. Viridiana! Please Adopt and never Buy!
