<17-12-2020> B189-Jace, an adult dove, was rescued by Anima on 17th December 2020, after our staff found his dead body inside of our pens and with wounds of dogs’ bites. Anima–December Rescue (C2446-Watkins)!

<15-12-2020> C2446-Watkins (M), around five months old, was rescued by Anima on 15th December 2020, after a call from someone reporting that  a cat, C2446-Watkins, was meowing in the whole morning in the building R. da Ribeira do Patane 52J, Edf. Hou Kuong and suspected that C2446-Watkins was trapped or fell from some place to the ground floor. The person asked our help. Rescue Team arrived the site and found C2446-Watkins on the 1st floor of the building, and he was between the rooftop of the window-cage and the AC box. C2446-Watkins had been there meowing for long time. He is wearing a blue collar and no microchip was found. Rescue Team brought C2446-Watkins to Anima and he is now welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Anima–December Rescue (B184-Carlo)!

<08-12-2020> B184-Carlo, a young dove, was rescued by Anima on 8th December 2020, after we received a call from Ms. Carla reporting that she found a young dove on R. de Nam Keng crossing the street with a lot of traffic and he could not fly. She has looked at the nearby trees but could not see a nest. Ms. Carla brought B184-Carlo to a clinic for consultation. According to the vet, the young dove was a little nervous and not eating by himself. He will be fed until he gets stronger to be released later. Anima–December Rescue (C2441-Phoenix)!

<04-12-2020> C2441-Phoenix (F), around six years old, was rescued by Anima on 4th December 2020, after we received a facebook message from Ms. Cheang reporting that there was a cat unable to move and lying on the road in Trav. dos Alfaiates. Someone passed by and gave a towel to the cat, saying that the cat came out from the construction site beside that area. Our rescue team went to the site and found the cat barely moving. C2441-Phoenix was sent to a clinic for consultation immediately. She was severe dehydrated. According to the vet, Phoenix will need to be stable before they can make something else. Anima–December Rescue (C2440-Eden)!

<03-12-2020> C2440-Eden (F), around 10 weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd December 2020, after our staff found out that there are many stray cats near Bairro das Missões and I.A.M. was also working to catch them. Eden is the sickest kitten with heavy ocular discharge. Our Rescue team picked up her first and brought her to our clinic. C2440-Eden is now welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, I.A.M.! Anima-New SPP dog (SPP2325-Kimi)!

<01-12-2020> SPP2325-Kimi (F), around six months old, is now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), under Ms. Wong’s responsibility in a Ka Ho workshop (Coloane). Ms. Wong reported that there was a female dog who needs to be desexed before getting pregnant. Anima is going to help providing dog food and bring her to a clinic for a spay surgery. Anima–December Rescue (C2438, C2439)!

<01-12-2020> C2438-Jase and C2439-Dustin, both males around two months old, were rescued by Anima on 1st December 2020, after two ladies informed our staff in Cats’ Paradise that they saw a sick kitten with heavy ocular discharge in a store on R. dos Negociantes. The kitten was owned by a nearby store, but the owner refused to take care of him for some personal reasons. Our team went to the place and saw two kittens under the condition previously described. I.A.M. was informed by Anima and later the owner sought to assistance and asked us to take the kittens. C2438-Jase and C2439-Dustin are now welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, I.A.M.! Anima–November Return (SPPC2437-Vanilla II)!

<27-11-2020> SPPC2437-Vanilla II (M), around 2 years old, is now under our Special Protection Program. He was rescued by Anima on 25th November 2020, after being reported by Ms. Carla that in her workplace, Calçada da Igreja de São Lázaro, there was this cat and a few more who needed to be desexed. Yesterday, Vanilla II was caught by Ms. Carla with our trap and he was sent to a clinic for desex. Ms. Carla helped Anima with costs and everything that SPPC2437-Vanilla II needed to be safe.
