<08-08-2017> C1253-Hambly was returned to the family after accommodating in Anima for 11 days since 29th July 2017. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates provided we have enough space. For dogs, 70 patacas per day and for cats 40 patacas per day. In case of members, the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 600). Who has adopted one animal from Anima does not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! So, this program is also conceived to convince community members to be our members and adopters! For a dog, for instance, for a 15 days period, the savings is 750 patacas and for cats 450 patacas, enough to pay one annual membership fees in the first case and nine months of membership fees in case of...

<31-07-2017> 1827-Eris was returned to the family after accommodation in Anima for 22 days, since 10th July 2017. Anima–July Return to Family (C1601-Blacky)!

<17-07-2017> C1381-William (M), together with C1601-Blacky (F) and C1602-Flyer (M), all around three years old, were rescued by Anima on 18th June 2017, after a call from Ms. Mui reporting that she couldn’t keep her cats anymore. C1381-William and C1382-Harry were first rescued by Anima on 13th January 2017, after a call from Ms. Mui reporting that she couldn’t keep her two cats temporarily. According to Ms. Mui, she used to rescue dogs in the street and had rented a place to put the dogs, but the owner got the place back so she had to put all the dogs inside her house. Her two cats couldn’t get along well with the dogs, and she had no more space to separate them. William and Harry stayed in our Cat’s Paradise temporarily. Anima–July Return to Family (SPPC1540-Ocean)!

<12-07-2017> SPPC1540-Ocean was returned to the family after accommodating in Anima since 3rd July 2017. SPPC1540-Ocean (M), on the time around five months old, was rescued by Anima on the 19th May 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa and was under our Special Protection Program (SPP). He was brought to Anima for consultation and was de-wormed and received the first vaccination. SPPC1540-Ocean was returned to his place after consultation and was under Michele responsibility. He came on 26th May 2017 again and he was staying in our Cats’ Paradise. He was adopted on 31st May 2017. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates. Anima–July Return to Family (1905-Chiwa)!

<10-07-2017> 1905-Chiwa (F), around nine years old, was rescued by Anima on 4th July 2017, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that his neighbor found some bad smell and barking from an apartment in Taipa, since one week ago. Mr. Chan tried to find out what happened but there was no one answered the door. He also tried to contact the apartment’s owner but failed. We asked Fire Department to help and finally 1905-Chiwa was rescued. A family relative opened the door and accepted to give her to us. She had no microchip at all! 1905-Chiwa had some skin problem and was dehydrated. She was staying in our dog shelter. Now the owner showed up. Ms. Lok today informed us that she is the owner of 1905-Chiwa. She said she is pregnant recently and she is going to the apartment to check on 1905-Chiwa. Anima–April Return to Family (C1490-Jamia)!

<16-04-2017> C1490-Jamia (F), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 8th April 2017, after a call from Ms. Nafisa, reporting that a cat, C1490-Jamia, was found in the staircase of her building in Estrada Siu Keng Toi, the night before. She tried with no success to find the owner. She asked us to help as she has three cats already. C1490-Jamia was checked by our vet and de-wormed. She was delivered to Cats’ Paradise for quarantine. Now the family showed up. Ms. Pang today informed us that she was the owner of C1490-Jamia. Ms. Pang said C1490-Jamia escaped from home when they opened the door, and went down the stairs of the building. She has post in the building and Ms. Nafisa contacted her telling that C1490-Jamia was in Anima. Ms. Pang came to Cat Paradise and brought C1490-Jamia home! Thanks Ms. Pang! Please be careful! Anima–April Rescue and Return (1871-Bonaco)!

<15-04-2017> 1871-Bonaco, around eight years old, was rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Cheong reporting that a dog has entered his restaurant in Rua da Praia do Manduco, this morning. He asked us to help. He was checked by out vet and de-wormed. However, the owner, Mr. Leong, called us at 6pm and explained that Bonaco has escaped because the door was not closed properly. Thanks Mr. Cheong and Mr. Leong! Please be careful! Never leave your door improperly closed! This may create risks to your pets! Never Abandon your pets!
