Anima–December Return to Family (1599, 1600, 1823)!

<10-12-2016> 1599-Siu Fa, 1600-Boss and 1823-Sweet Potato, were returned to the family after being accommodated in Anima for 8 days, since 3rd December 2016. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates. For dogs, 50 patacas per day and for cats 30 patacas per day. In case of members the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 360). Who has adopted one animal from Anima do not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! So, this program is also conceived to convince community members to be our members. For a dog, for instance, for a 15 days period, the savings is 750 patacas and for cats 450, enough to pay two annual membership fees in the first case and one and a quarter year of membership fees in case...

Anima–November Return to Family (SPP1666-Tiko)!

<28-11-2016> SPP1666-Tiko was returned to the family after accommodating in Anima for six days, since 22nd November 2016. Tiko was adopted by Ms. Emma on 22nd November 2016! See how he was when rescued, how he grew and how beautiful and happy Tiko is now with the new family! Tiko was a stray animal under our Special Protection Program (SPP) living in a site! This is a good example of care! SPP1666-Tiko (M) was rescued by Anima in Coloane on 14th March 2016 as he was found breathing hard and vomiting. He was sent to a clinic for consultation immediately and he had to stay overnight there for observation. The first vet opinion shown he needed a surgery but could only do it after few days and he had possibilities of survive. A second vet opinion from other clinic referred that the success of a surgery was very limited and serious danger might occur...

<27-11-2016> SPP1123-Ruby (Maly) was returned to the family after accommodating in Anima for 16 days, since 12th November 2016. Ruby was one dog under our S.P. Program that was adopted. <25-11-2016> See Daxon now and Daxon when adopted! SPP1484-Daxon (M) was returned to the family after accommodating in Anima for nine days since 17th November 2016. SPP1484-Daxon and SPP1483-Dax were under Anima Special Protection Program on 26th June 2015, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng reporting that two puppies (on the time with an estimated age of 2.5 months old) were found sick somewhere in Coloane! Anima–October Return to Family (1721-Konya)!

<28-10-2016> See Konya now and Konya when adopted! 1721-Konya (F) was returned to the family after accommodating in Anima for 12 days,  since 16th October 2016. Konya was adopted by Mr. John Roy on 25th August 2016. SPP1710-Mui Chui II (F), on the time around 1.5 years old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd April 2016, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng informing that she was found pregnant somewhere in Coloane. An ultrasound showed that the fetus were already approx. seven weeks old. So we have decided to keep the future puppies! 1721-Konya together with 1718-Kimon, 1719-Kennis, 1720-Kuni, 1722-Kassie, 1723-Komie, 1724-Kolm, 1725-Kulee and 1726-Kerin were born on 11th May 2016. Anima – October Return to family (C1295-Mi)!

<01-10-2016> C1295-Mi (F), two years old, was rescued by Anima on 30th September 2016, after a call from Mr. Marco reporting that a cat was found with blood in Institute R. de Sacadura Cabral. Mi was sent to a clinic immediately. According to the vet, two parts of her back bone were fracture. She was staying in the clinic for a night and then transferred to a second clinic for further examination. According to the second vet, the broken parts of her back bone might recover herself in six to twelve months. Mi was staying in a second clinic temporary for observation. The owner, Mr. Chio,  contacted us last night telling that Mi escaped from the window during his apartment decoration. Mi was returned to Mr. Chio and he will responsible for the vet bill. Anima – September Return to Family (1396, 1599)!

<24-09-2016> 1396-Antonia (F) was one of the babies of SPP1393-Adelina that was found pregnant by Anima and has given birth to five puppies on 21 January 2015. Antonia was adopted by Ms. Tam on 11th April 2015. Another dog of Ms. Tam, 1599-Siu Fa (F) has been accommodated in Anima on 12th December 2015. They were accommodated in Anima again since 17th September 2016. They were returned to the family today. <21-08-2016> See Wallace now, Wallace when adopted and wallace when rescued! 1625-Wallace was returned to the family after accommodating in Anima for 24 days since 29th July 2016. 1625-Wallace was adopted by Mr. Mário Rui on 13th February 2016. 1625-Wallace, 1626-Walmond and 1627-Wardell, on the time all two weeks old, were rescued by Anima on 6th January 2016, after a call from Billy, our vice-president, reporting that Ms. Ian referred to him that they were alone, as several mothers in a construction site were caught by IACM. Anima – August Return to family (1766-Yamato)!

<12-08-2016> 1766-Yamato (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 6th August 2016, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a dog was leashed in Largo do Matadouro and he had a severely wound on his back. Blood test showed that he had anemia and infection. He was sent to a clinic for further examination. He received a surgery to suture the wound with 15 stitches. Today we received a call from a gentleman claimed that he was the owner of Yamato, its dog that lived with his ex-wife after they divorced. Due to some conflicts between them, Yamato was abandoned by his ex-wife in Coloane. The ex-husband had been searching him for few days in Coloane, when he knew that he was just abandonned. He was informed afterwards  that Yamato was rescued by us. He contacted us immediately and asked if he can get back his dog. After informed that Yamato went to a  clinic...
