Anima–November Rescue and Sad News (SPP1820-Beatles)!

<28-11-2016> SPP1820-Beatles (M), with an estimated age of ten years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 28th November 2016, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that a dog was hit by a truck in a site of Macau. He was limping and refused to eat since three days ago. Beatles was sent to a clinic and a x-ray showed that his bladder was broken. A surgery was performed but the damage of the bladder was too severe to fix. After discussed with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put him sleep. Last decision belongs always to the President of Anima, and it is not an easy decision! R.I.P. my friend! Thanks Ms. Peng! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–Rescue and New dog under SPP (SPP1814-Doto)!

<15-11-2016> SPP1814-Doto (M), with an estimated age of one year old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima, on 15th November 2016, after a call from Mr. Lam reporting that a dog was hit by a car in Seac Pai Van. His right front leg was crushed by car and the ankle was swollen and deformed. Doto was sent to a clinic and suspected a bone fracture on the leg. <12-11-2016> SPP1811-Sai B (M), with an estimated age of six years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima, in a site of Coloane, on 12th November 2016, after a call from Mrs. Peng reporting that a dog refused to eat for few days and his spirit was not good as well. <07-11-2016> The mother, SPPC1324-Polly (F), with an estimated age of three years old, together with her kittens, SPPC1325-Becky (F), SPPC1326-Sawyer (M) and SPPC1327-Huck (M), all with an estimated age of 1.5 months old, now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), were rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 7th November 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Polly has upper respiratory infection and the breathing was not clear. Becky, Sawyer and Huck have eye discharge and inflammation. Squiggle was brought to Anima because he was slightly dehydrated and very skinny. He had upper respiratory infection and got watery discharge on both eyes. Rescue, New SPP and Accommodation (SPPC1312-Wando)!

<15-10-2016> SPPC1312-Wando (M), eight years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 15th October 2016, somewhere in Taipa. He was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. A blood test showed that he has renal failure, severely dehydration, jaundice, hypothermia and anemia. He is staying with us under IV dripping now.
