Anima – October Rescue (SPP1807-Lucky)!

<07-10-2016> SPP1807-Lucky (M), one year old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 7th October 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a dog was getting slim and has an eye problem in a site of Seac Pai Van. Lucky was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. He was returned to his former place after the medication was prescribed. Mr. Leong is responsible for him in that area and we will also keep an eye on him. Thanks Mr. Leong! Please help us to help them! Please neuter your pets! Never Abandon your pet! <07-10-2016> SPPC1302-Mark (M), three months old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 7th October 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Mark was brought to Anima and dewormed. He is healthy and was returned to his former place after body check. Michele is responsible for him in that area. Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them! Rescue and New Cat under SPP (SPPC1292-SPPC1294)!

<24-09-2016> SPPC1292-Ava (F), SPPC1293-Homer (M) and SPPC1294-Pigeon (F), five months old, were rescued by Anima through Michele, on 24th September 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Ava has upper respiratory infection and Conjunctivitis. She was sneezing, the right eye lid was reddish and  inflamed. She is under medication now. Homer and Pigeon are healthy and they are staying with us for adoption. Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them! Please don’t be cruel to pets! The mother Senga was under our SPP since 4th August 2016. They live in a site of Coloane and Mr. Cheong is responsible for them in that area. <25-08-2016> SPP1790-Siu Pak (F), around 12 years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 25th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that a dog refused to eat since four days ago. Anima – August Rescue and New SPP Dog (SPP1788-Lucas)!

<19-08-2016> SPP1788-Lucas (M), around three years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 19th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that a dog was found limping in Estr. da Aldeia (Near Tam Kong Temple) few days ago. Lucas was sent to a clinic for consultation and x-rays. Report showed that his right front limb was injured and left untreated being the cause of its actual deformation. He was neutered today and  needs to stay in clinic for observation. Ms. Leong will help us to pay part of the vet bill. Thanks Ms. Leong! Please help us to help them! Please neuter your pets! <18-08-2016> Two groups of dogs, SPP1775-Nadia (F), 2 years old, which is the mother of four puppies SPP1776-Nahia (F), SPP1777-Naida (F), SPP1778-Naima (F) and SPP1779-Nixon (M), all 1.5 months old; SPP1780-Yaffa (F), 2 years old, which is the mother of seven puppies, SPP1781-Yakira (F), SPP1782-Yiva (F). SPP1783-Yonca (F), SPP1784-Yasin (M), SPP1785-Yavin (M), SPP1786-Yukio (M) and SPP1787-Yoshi (M), all 1.5 months old, are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 18th August 201. August Rescue and New SPP Dog (SPP1770, SPP1771)!

<15-08-2016> SPP1770-Whistle (M), around three years old, together with SPP1771-Fat Boy (M), around 2.5 years old, now under our Special Protection Program, were rescued by Anima on 15th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that two dogs were found injured after a fight in the site of MGM last night. According to the guard, Whistle was bitten by seven dogs that  were all living in another site. Whistle and Fat Boy were sent to a clinic for treatment. Multiple holes were found on Whistle’s body, the chest, the abdomen and the left shoulder. As the wounds were very wide and deep, he needed over 60 stitches to close all them up. Whistle had a severe bleeding and is now under IV Dripping. Fat Boy had two wounds on the testicles, the left thigh got a deep hole as well,. He was sutured with eight stitches and castrated today.
