Anima-Temporary Accommodation (1827-Eris)!

<10-07-2017> 1827-Eris, is now accommodated in Anima for 20 days, until 29th July 2017, by our member Ms. Irene. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates provided we have enough space. For dogs, 70 patacas per day and for cats 40 patacas per day. In case of members, the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 360). Who has adopted one animal from Anima do not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! So, this program is also conceived to convince community members to be our members and adopters! For a dog, for instance, for a 15 days period, the savings is 750 patacas and for cats 450 patacas, enough to pay two annual membership fees in the first case and one and a quarter year of membership...

Anima–July Temporary Accomodation (SPPC1540-Ocean)

<03/07/2017> SPPC1540-Ocean is now accommodated in Anima until 10th July 2017. SPPC1540-Ocean (M), on the time around five months old, was rescued by Anima on the 19th May 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa and became under our Special Protection Program (SPP). He was brought to Anima for consultation and was de-wormed and received the first vaccination. SPPC1540-Ocean was returned to his place after consultation and was under Michele responsibility. He came on 26th May 2017 again and he was staying in our Cats’ Paradise. He was adopted on 31st May 2017. If you adopt an animal from us you have the privilege to leave your animal in Anima during 15 days free of charge during the first year of adoption, provided we have space. Never abandon your pet! <30-06-2017> SPPC1621-Connie (F), around eight months old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 30th June 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa. June Rescue (SPPC1547-1552,SPPC1557,SPPC1613-1614)!

<26-06-2017> SPPC1547-Ayana (F), SPPC1548-Asad (M), SPPC1549-Abree (F), SPPC1550-Ali (M) and SPPC1551-Avery (M), on the time all around two months old, were rescued by Anima and under our Special Protection Program, on the 25th May 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa. The mother, SPPC1555-Juna, around two years old, with her kittens, SPPC1556-Jess, SPPC1557-Jet and SPPC1558-Joss, on the time all around two months old, were rescued by Anima and  was under our Special Protection Program, on the 26th May 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa. All of them were brought to Anima for consultation and de-worming and were returned to their place under Michele responsibility. Today SPPC1547-Ayana, SPPC1548-Asad, SPPC1549-Abree, SPPC1550-Ali, SPPC1551-Avery, SPPC1552-Abi and SPPC1557-Jet were brought to Anima for consultation. Rescue and New Dog under SPP (SPP1899-Rachel)!

<18-06-2017> SPP1899-Rachel (F), with an estimated age of five years old, now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), was rescued by Anima on 18th June 2017, after a call from Ms. Cheong reporting that she found a dog very weak in a site of Coloane. SPP1899-Rachel was skinniy, with hypothermia, worms,  skin problems and eye discharge. We were told that she was not eating for long! She is staying with us under observation and treatment now. Anima-March Temporary Accommodation (1865-Garlic)!

<16-03-2017> 1865-Garlic (F), with around five years old, was adopted by Edith Lam in IACM and is now with us in temporary accommodation! Garlic is a greyhound that was sent by Canidrome to the Macau Kennel for adoption as requested by the Authorities. Anima hopes that all greyhounds in that compound can be free instead of being killed before the concession expires at the end of 2018! We have several times asked the Macau Government to help us pressing the Canidrome to give all greyhounds to us and authorizing us to use for one year the Canidrome installations for us to be able to re-home all of them. Anima has now around 250 international adopters for greyhounds and does not have more adopters as we have not received yet any green light from either the Macau Government or the Canidrome to go ahead with our plan of saving all greyhounds! Anima – March Rescue (SPPC1128, SPPC1181, SPPC1436)

<07-03-2017> SPPC1128-Maxi was rescued by Anima through Michele, when we was around nine months, on 19-02-2016, and came back to Anima on 7 March 2017 for consultation. SPPC1181-Davian, was rescued by Anima through Michele on 29th April 2016, being around one month old and came back to Anima on 7 March 2017 for consultation. SPPC1436-Cally (F) was rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 27th February 2017, with an estimated age of one year old and came back to Anima on 7 March 2017 for consultation. Davian has gingivitis and feel pain when eats. The gums were very red and inflamed. The gums of SPPC1128-Maxi were even bleeding. Both stayed in Anima for observation! Rescue and Temporary Accommodation (SPPC1183)!

<24-02-2017> Three kittens, SPPC1179-Dabria, SPPC1180-Dada and SPPC1181-Davian, on the time all around one month old, and two male cats, SPPC1182-Dayton, on the time around two years old, and SPPC1183-Fatty (M), on the time around six years old, were rescued by Anima under our Special Protection Program (SPP) on 29th April 2016, through Michele. They live somewhere in Taipa and Michele is responsible for them. They were checked and dewormed. SPPC1179-Dabria, SPP1180-Dada and SPPC1181-Davian had an infection in the eyes and Michele took care of them. SPPC1182-Dayton had cat flu and stayed in Anima B14 area, temporarily for the treatment. SPPC1183-Fatty received the first vaccination and went back to his former place. Today Fatty was brought to Anima again as he has a flea infestation.
