Anima–Rescue and Accommodation (SPPC1132-Steve)!

<28-10-2016> SPPC1132-Steve (M) and SPPC1133-Magoo, on the time with an estimated age of eight months old, were under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 24th February 2016, after a call from Michele reporting that Steve and Magoo live somewhere in Taipa under Michele’s responsibility. Anima provided both of them the de-sex surgeries in that day. Steve and Magoo were returned to the site after the surgeries, in good health condition. Today Steve was rescued by Anima through Michele again. Steve has gingivitis and refused to eat, his gums were inflamed as well. He is staying with us temporarily for treatment. Thanks Michele! <24-10-2016> C1316-Cupid (Kc) (F), 10 years old, together with C1317-Moon (F), 20 years old, were delivered to Anima on 24th October 2016, after a call from Ms. Ines reporting that she is going back to Portugal and her cats need accommodation. The company that was taking care of their transfer, "forgot" that they need a blood test and the travel can only happen three months after the blood test! Cupid and Moon are fostered temporarily by our president Mr. Albano for 120 days. Anima is helping her to handle all the process of immigration to Portugal. Obrigado Sr. Albano Martins! <17-10-2016> SPP1809-Siu Hac (M), two years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 17th October 2016, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that a dog was getting slim, pathetic and vomiting this morning. Anima–Temporary Accommodation (1721-Konya)!

<16-10-2016> See Konya now and when she was adopted! 1721-Konya (F) is now accommodated in Anima for 10 days until 26th October. SPP1710-Mui Chui II (F), on the time around 1.5 years old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd April 2016, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng informing that she was found pregnant somewhere in Coloane. An ultrasound showed that the fetus were already approx. seven weeks old. So we have decided to keep the future puppies! 1721-Konya together with 1718-Kimon, 1719-Kennis, 1720-Kuni, 1722-Kassie, 1723-Komie, 1724-Kolm, 1725-Kulee and 1726-Kerin were born on 11th May 2016. Rescue, New SPP and Accommodation (SPPC1312-Wando)!

<15-10-2016> SPPC1312-Wando (M), eight years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 15th October 2016, somewhere in Taipa. He was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. A blood test showed that he has renal failure, severely dehydration, jaundice, hypothermia and anemia. He is staying with us under IV dripping now. <05-10-2016> SPPC1161-Midget (F), around 2.5 years old, was under our Special Protection Program since 14th April 2016, after a call from Michele reporting that she needed vaccination, internal and external deworm. She was returned to her former place in the same day after vaccinated and dewormed. Today Midget was brought to Anima again by Michele as she was vomiting, dehydrated and not eating as well. Anima – October Rescue (SPP1592-Benton)!

<01-10-2016> SPP1592-Benton (M), one year old, together with his siblings SPP1593-Bevis, SPP1594-Bond, SPP1595-Benton, SPP1596-Basia, SPP1597-Belva and the mother, SPP1598-Benita that were under our Special Protection Program since 4th December 2015, live in a site, somewhere in Coloane. We were informed that Benton’s left thigh was injured and he refused to eat for two days. His wound was quite big, needed six stitches to close it up. Anima – September Rescue (SPPC975-Julie)!

<24-09-2016> SPPC975-Julie (F), two years old, was under our Special Protection Program since 18th June 2015 and was rescued by Anima on 17th March 2016, after a call from Michele reporting that she needed de-sex surgeries. She was spayed and fully vaccinated. She was returned to her former place on 12th May 2016. Today Julie was brought to Anima again by Michele as she was getting skinny. She has upper respiratory infection, stomatitis and gingivitis. She was dehydrated, the mouth was in pain, the gums and the pharynx were very much inflamed. Her mandibular lymph nodes were swollen, and the eyes got inflamed with discharge as well. She is staying with us under medication and observation now. Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them!
