Anima – April Donation!
Today someone went to Anima to pay us MOP 5,000.00 as a result a Macau Court sentence!
During the last years Anima was happy to receive from people sentenced by our Courts the total amount of MOP 58,500.00.
Thank you Macau Court!

Please pay attention:
Never donate to us in cash without asking an official, numbered and chopped receipt, unless your donation is inserted by you in one of our donation boxes!
This doesn’t mean that we do not trust our staff! This means only that we have strict rules that our staff is not allowed to break.
Even in case of giving to us funds by checks you must ask for a receipt!
All receipt books are signed by the President in the cover page, assigned to key staff, and all moneys are deposited in our accounts by different staff, the day after being received! So, only few staff is authorized to issue those receipts!
Who controls if all the receipts were used or are not missing is not who issues receipts! It is normally the President!
Who deposits the money is not who receives it!
Who controls the deposit of the money in the accounts is not the same who deposits the money! It is the Treasurer!
Donation boxes are open always under the scrutiny of two Anima staff and the keys are kept only by one!
All petty-cash (we have two staff with this facility) are checked by one staff who checks the expenses documents and supervised by the President.
Who does the accounts do not touch money or sign checks!
Checks out are always signed by two persons, the Treasurer and the President!
All our accounts data and all data regarding our activity are on-line, so any Anima administrative staff can have access to these informations.
All data is automatically back-up by the system, everyday!
This makes our organization more protected of any wrong practice, mainly mixing private money with Organization money!
Some Organizations fail when these procedures are not properly accepted and implemented!
