SPP1699-Wong Chai is under our Special Protection Program (SPP) now.
He was born on 24th February 2013 and lives in a construction site in Taipa.
Mrs. Ah Peng is responsible for him in that area.
He has been de-sexed in the past and was now vaccinated again!
