Anima – April Sad News (C1155-Afia)!
C1155-Afia was rescued on 9th April 2016 and died today, 14th April 2016!
Afia is the sibling of C1154-Akoni (M) that was rescued by Anima on 8th April 2016, after a call from Ms. Leonor yesterday, reporting that there was a cat mother with two kittens (around 1.5 months old) somewhere near a restaurant in Coloane.
According to Ms. Leonor, there were four kittens before but the mother always hide the kittens under the raining water channels.
Two kittens were drowned and died on Monday after the heavy rain and Ms. Leonor was worried about
the rest of them.
C1154-Akoni was being taken care by our cats’ supervisor Ms. Ah Peng temporarily as he needs milk feeding.
We set up the trap again to catch the other siblings and the mother, under the support of the staff from the restaurant!
Afia died today!
