Anima–May Return (C1331-Saxa)!

C1331-Saxa (F), with an estimated age of four months old, was rescued by Anima on 11th November 2016, after a call from Mr. Cheang reporting that he found a kitten in the stair of his building near Rua Sul do Patane.
He asked if we could collect Saxa as his wife was afraid of cats.
Saxa was checked by our vet and dewormed.
She was staying with us up to 2nd April 2017, when she was adopted.
The adopter returned her to us on 25th May 2017, referring that she was aggressive and seems on heat.
Saxa was send to a clinic for observation as she was supposed to be properly spayed!
Please help us to help them!
