Anima – September Sad News (C1065-Fiorella)!

C1065-Fiorella (F) and C1066-Floria (F) were accepted by Anima on 31st October 2015 even if we have disagreed with the abandonment of the two pets.
Who brought them to Anima referred that his tenant left two cats in his house on 2010.
He had taken care of them for five years but because someone in the family had an allergy he couldn’t keep them anymore.
This is a recurrent argument used by many members of our community for abandon their pets!
Fiorella was found shrinking, getting skinny and slightly dehydrated two weeks ago.
She was sent to a clinic and stayed there for a couple of days for further examinations.
Her heart beat was very fast, the belly was bloated, had peritoneal effusion and she was suspected to have FIP.
She had been under observation since that but unfortunately we couldn’t save her.
Fiorella passed away today.
R.I.P. my friend!
