Anima-February Sad News (C1422-Chili)!

C1406-Karen (F), was rescued by Anima on 29th January 2017, when she was around two years old, after a call from Ms. Koo reporting that she used to feed two cats in Hellen Garden and one of them was injured.
The injured one, C1402-Kirin, was rescued on 25th January 2017.
He was attacked by a new cat over there.
His eye was swollen with watery blood coming out.
He was checked by our vet and dewormed.
The left eye lid got a long cutting wound and four stitches were required to close it up.
He has stayed with us under close observation and medication.
We set up a trap and the sibling, C1406-Karen, was caught on 29th January 2017.
Karen was staying in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise.
She got pregnant before we caught her.
Two kittens, C1422-Chili and C1423-Paprika, were born by her on 11th February 2017.
They were fostered temporarily by our staff Ms. Peng as we found that Karen refused to nurse her kittens.
Chili was found weak and refused to eat and was sent to a clinic.
Unfortunately Chili passed away last night.
R.I.P. my friend!
