Anima–December Rescue and Returned (1951-Kobe)!

1951-Kobe (M), around 13 years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th December 2017, after a call from Institute for Social Affairs reporting that someone passed away recently and his dog was left behind because the relatives and friends were unwilling or unable to take care of him.
We found that 1951-Kobe has a microchip and we contacted IACM to help.
The fact is 1951-Kobe’s owner, Ms. Elisabete, has reported to IACM that her dog was missing since July 2016.
Ms. Elisabete came to pick up 1951-Kobe to home.
