Anima–October Rescue (B174-Budgia)!

B174-Budgia, an adult turquoise conure, was rescued by Anima on 22 October 2020, after we received a Facebook message from Ms. Liu reporting that she found a bird, B174-Budgia, falling on to the streets near Edf. Fong Ieng.
She asked us help as the bird cannot fly and is used to humans’ interactions with him.
B174-Budgia was sent to a clinic with Ms. Liu’s help and he stays safe under observation for now.
