Anima – February Rescue (2100-Hipa)!

2100-Hipa (F), around one year old, was rescued after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that there was a dog running around the first and sixth floor of his building for quite a while.
He said that the dog has no leash, unfamiliar but friendly.
When our rescue team arrived, they tried to scan her microship but they couldn’t find anything.
Due to our lack of space, the sent Hipa to IAM, where they could successfully scan her microship and contacted the owner to pick her up!
Please help us to help them!
