We hope to have your understanding on our situation!
Dear Godparents,
First of all we want to thank you for your kind support to our animals. The money you provide to a certain animal helps him/her a lot!
When the animal is adopted or died, Anima should immediately call you or write to you to inform you about his/her situation.
Unfortunately, from 2016 on, but especially in 2017, we were not capable to control those situations as we had not enough staff in shelters and in administration (we even have lost two of them) and our rescues and work increased a lot.
The Typhoon Hato complicated all our work and made us to concentrate in other areas.
Here, we beg your understanding on our situation and apologize for the late reply of the animals’ news.
Please send us an email if you want to know the updates of the animals that you are godparenting.
In case the animals were adopted out, we will pay back the money you have sponsored after the adoption, or if you want to continue using the money sponsoring another animal, please tell us to revise your godparent account information.
We will try our best to contact all godparents in such situation.
Once again, sorry for us not to be capable to contact you on time! Please kindly understand!
