Anima-New Dog under SPP on December (SPP1822-Ebony)!

SPP1822-Ebony (F), with an estimated age of seven months old, is under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 2nd December 2016, after a call from Ms. Gina reporting that her colleague, Ms. Rosa, found a skinny dog alone in a site of Macau.
The people who used to work in the site has moved out and there is no food for Ebony.
We failed to catch Ebony as she is scared of people.
Ms. Rosa will keep feeding her and help us to catch her afterwards.
