Anima- Please Help us! Do not let Anima die!

Dear friends,
Every year we begin our activity with accumulated debts.
In 2018, we opened with debts carried forward of MOP 2,409,018.04, a consequence of our increased activity.
As you know, Anima runs two shelters and thousands of animals in sites, and helps IACM handling the dogs in Coloane Kennel. The food and cleaning materials are provided by IACM and the staff by Anima! These animals are kept alive even if they belong to IACM! This was our agreement! A good agreement!
Our expenses last year totalized around 10 million patacas but we were able to generate almost the same money to pay the bills but not the accumulated debts.
However, this year the scenario seems very complicated as the funds we usual receive in the beginning of the year to pay accumulated debts and the expenses of the first months may not come.
Macau Foundation donated to us 3.8 million for 2018, payable in two tranches of Mop 1.9 million each. One for the first semester and the second one for the second semester.
Unfortunately, this money is only capable to pay around 1/3 of our annual budget!
One of our members, as usual, helps us advancing around one to 1.3 million patacas every year, money used to cover our expenses until we receive funds from donors.
This year we still have to pay him back around 500 thousand patacas!
In the past for several times he has not received back his moneys and converted his loans to donation.
This can not happen every year as you may understand!
We have applied to Macau Foundation to advance the second tranche in order to allow us to have around three months to find donors and get funds from our friends.
If Macau Foundation does not help us, we may close even in May!
We hope the President of Macau Foundation will understand the seriousness of this situation!
We have to cut this year our expenses dramatically, but as you may understand there are expenses that can not be cut, fixed expenses and expenses with animals!
We will try our best in this difficult scenario to reduce our expenses to around 600 thousand per month! Last year our expenses were around 840,000 per month!
How can you help?
If you are a member, you can advance two years of membership fees (Mop 1,200)! If everybody pays we receive enough to pay almost 1.3 months!
If you are a friend, help us with whatever funds you can!
If you are a friend please ask your company to help us!
Anima will launch a campaign for funds up to our 15th Anniversary on 11 December when we expect to have a gala dinner!
You can help Anima buying lucky draw tickets (each costs MOP 20)! If we sell all we may generate one million patacas!
You can also buy one ticket for the dinner (MOP 500) which will generate only 20,000 patacas for us if we are not capable to find a sponsor!
Please do not let Anima die as we are almost getting the final concession of our land!
