Anima-September Sad News (193-Luna)!

Our female dog 193-Luna, a senior dog of our shelter, has passed away today.
Recently, 193-Luna was sent to a clinic for acupuncture treatment and a recheck.
She was notice and reported on 19th September 2021, by her handler, that she was having difficulty on walking and standing, and only eating canned food.
According to the vet in the clinic, Cerebellar Disease or Canine Idiopathic Vestibular Syndrome was suspected.
This disorder stems from issues affecting her vestibular system within the inner ear, and middle ear. She also had some ear infection and bedsores on her body as well.
Steroid and Antibiotics medication were prescribed.
Despite all medical efforts, 193-Luna passed away today.
In an advanced age stage, any treatment would give her more pain than quality of life.
