Anima – SPP1578-Veni rescued after serious cruelty!
SPP1578-Veni, now under our special protection program, has been rescued by Anima after several attempts for catching her.
This was possible thanks to Dr. António Galvão support who helped us in this rescue.
We were trying to catch her from 9th November with no success!
Veni was found in a casino construction site (Nova Cidade de Cotai, Gate 54) with a trap in the front right leg.
According to Mr. Yum, who is responsible for the dogs in that area, it is the second time this happens and he doesn’t know who does that!
It is time to end these cruelty situations!
It is time to put in force the law that is being discussed in the Macau Legislative Assembly!
Even being, in our opinion, not a good law it is for sure an improvement to the actual environment!
Veni was delivered immediately to a clinic in Macau and two fingers were amputated!
