Anima-June Rescue (2285-Piglet)!

<19-06-2020> 2285-Piglet (F), one day old, was rescued by Anima on 19th June 2020, after a call from Mr. Zhong reporting that a new born puppy, Piglet, was found in the abandoned place near Largo dos Bombeiros without the mother and siblings. Mr. Zhong brought 2285-Piglet into a Pet Shop because he is not able to keep her as he is a non-resident worker. He asked us help. Our Rescue team searched for her mother or siblings in the abandoned place where 2285-Piglet was found, but without success. 2285-Piglet was consulted in Anima and she will be fostered by Ms. Zoe temporarily for milk feeding. June Rescue and Return (SPP2283-Tai Ear Mui)!

<19-06-2020> SPP2282-Wu So Mui (F) and SPP2283-Tai Ear Mui (F), both around one year old, became under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 9th June 2020. They are under Ms. Chan’s responsibility in a Ka-Ho Work Shop. Anima would support both spay surgery. SPP2283-Tai Ear Mui was neutered today in a clinic and released back to her place in Ka-Ho after recover from surgery. Thanks, Ms. Chan! Please help us to help them! Anima-June Rescue (C2359-Cici)!

<18-06-2020> C2359-Cici (F), around four months old, was rescued by Anima on 18th June 2020, after a Facebook message from Ms. Lei reporting that she found a kitten on R. de São José under heavy rain, yesterday. She took the kitten home temporarily, but she is unable to take care of her for long term. Rescue team went there and pick up the kitten. Anima-June Rescue (B152-Achmed)!

<18-06-2020> B152-Achmed, a young crow was rescued by Anima on 18th June 2020, after a call from Mr. Telmo reporting that he found a black crow which was unable to fly at Nova City in front of Bank of China. The black crow initially flew back up to a tree, but later went down and he was caught by rescue team. B152-Achmed was sent to a clinic for consultation. According to the vet, the crow is healthy and should be released in a place with shade, like a forest, to avoid traffic, noise and dehydration. Thanks, Mr. Telmo! Please help us to help them! Anima-June Sad News (C2338-Pochacco)!

<16-06-2020> C2338-Pochacco (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 16th May 2020, after receive a message on Facebook from Mr. Hugo reporting that a British Shorthair, C2338-Pochacco, was abandoned outside of University of Macau - S1 Building with a pet carrier.  Anima asked a professor of UM, Dr. Tang to help as Mr. Hugo cannot keep C2338-Pochacco overnight because pets are not allowed in his dormitory. C2338-Pochacco was fostered by Dr. Tang the night before. The cat looked skinny and had skin problem on the forehead. According to Dr. Tang, C2338-Pochacco was not willing to eat since he arrived. Blood tests results in a clinic showed that he had anemia, liver problem and he was positive for Feline Coronavirus. C2338-Pochacco was hospitalized in the clinic for IV Fluids and he was under medical care until recover. Pochacco was adopted by Mr. Tang on 17th May 2020! Unfortunately, C2338-Pochacco got sick...

Anima–June Adoption (C2299-Pablo)!

<16-06-2020> Pablo was adopted by Ms. Ngu, today! C2299-Pablo (M), around 10 weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 28th February 2020, in Coloane. The kitten was skinny, very dirty and seems to be sick. He was sent to our clinic to remove a sticky substance from his body. Pablo also had ocular problems, nasal discharge and fever. He has been living in our Cats’ Paradise! Anima–June Adoption (2251-Jose)!

<16-06-2020> Jose was adopted today by Ms. Ian! 2251-Jose (M), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 24th March 2020, after our rescue team found him alone during their daily feeding routines in Hac Sa Area. Mr. Edgar, a worker in Miramar Restaurant, reported that a puppy was found in the mountain behind. According to him, there is a female dog (mother) with two puppies in the mountain but he only managed to catch this one, 2251-Jose. The puppy was clinically observed in Anima and welcome to our Dog Shelter. Jose was adopted today by Ms. Ian! Thanks, Ms. Ian! Please, Adopt and never Buy! Anima-June Rescue (SPP719-Ah Gym)!

<15-06-2020> SPP710-Pak Sa, SPP711-Kam Sa, SPP719-Ah Gym, SPP721-Ah Hong, SPP722-Tai Pou, SPP723-Yi Pou, SPP724-Sam Pou, SPP725-Sai Pou, were rescued by Anima on 15th June 2015 and sent to Coloane kennel for adoption. Anima-June Sad News (C1804-Dailey)!

<15-06-2020> C1800-Samuel (M), C1801-Aldon (M), C1802-Levis (M), C1803-Swiss (F) and C1804-Dailey (F), were rescued by Anima on 11th December 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. They were all desexed by IACM. All of them had been in our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, C1804-Dailey got sick and her blood test results showed a deep kidney problem. Today, she was found passed away in our Cats’ Paradise. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets!
