Anima–October Adoption (C2340-Biki)!

<14-10-2020> Biki was adopted today by Ms. Kei! C2340-Biki, around a few months old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 18th May 2020, after receive a call from Ms. Wong, who came to our Dogs’ Shelter with a cat which she claimed to be found on Lotus Cycling Track. C2340-Biki was consulted in Anima and she was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Biki was adopted today by Ms. Kei! Thanks, Ms. Kei! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–October Rescue (C2416-Joelle)!

<14-10-2020> C2409-Lorrie (F), around two years old, C2410-Lawrence (M), around eight months old, C2411-Lilian (F), around seven months old, as well as C2412-Lumi (F) and C2413-Lucia (F), both around two years old, were all rescued by Anima on the 11th October 2020, from the cages where they were found without minimum living conditions, inside the interior patio of a building in Macau. One other cat, C2414-Kaya (gender and age to be identified), was also rescued, caught while roaming freely over the site. Today, C2416-Joelle (M), around eight months old, was rescued by Anima at the same site. These are the results of an extensive rescue operation in a site identified by our rescue team on the previous days and under the responsibility of an elderly lady in Macau. Anima–October Rescue (2307-Aaron)!

<12-10-2020> 2307-Aaron (M), around one month and 19 days old, was rescued by Anima on 12th October 2020, from I.A.M. after they caught him and his three siblings at Estr. de Hac Sa on 22nd September 2020. 2307-Aaron was vaccinated and microchipped in Macau Kennel. Anima–October Rescue (C2415-Zorro)!

<12-10-2020> C2415-Zorro (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 12th October 2020, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a cat has been lying next to bus stop of Avenida do Infante D. Henrique for half an hour, not moving even if some pedestrian kicked his tail. Rescue team went there and saw the cat lying on the middle of pedestrian road. C2415-Zorro was sent to Life Animal Clinic as his right eyeball was gone with discharge coming out. According to the vet, Zorro’s eyeball was gone but the reason is unknown. He is also dehydrated, and he has a wound on paw. C2415-Zorro is going to stay in the clinic under medical care. Thanks, Ms. Wong! Please help us to help them! Anima–October Adoption (2076-Blackbean)!

<12-10-2020> Blackbean was adopted today by Ms. Megan! Our dog 2076-BlackBean (F), now called Keeda, was adopted by Mr. Stevenson on the 21st December 2018. However, in June 2020, Mr. Stevenson was unexpectedly dismissed by The House of Dancing Water. Caught without warning and given 10 days to exit Macau, he was not in condition to take Keeda back to Canada, his home country, and he immediately informed us of the situation. Fortunately, back then, Ms. Megan, a friend of Mr. Stevenson, accepted to temporarily foster Keeda. After a few months, Ms. Megan has now decided to keep Keena permanently and Anima inclusively helped her yesterday transferring Keeda’s license! Keeda was now adopted by Ms. Megan, who is willing to take her back to her home country in the future! Thank you, Ms. Megan, for your kindness! Please, Adopt and never Buy! Anima-October Sad News (C1723-Cerci)!

<10-10-2020> C1723-Cerci (F), around three months old by the time, was rescued on 27th September 2017, by our staff Ah Cheng on the way to work. C1723-Cerci was inside a rat trap at that time. She was checked by our vet and stayed in our Cat’s Paradise until now. Unfortunately, her health became compromised with her condition as a carrier of FCV (Feline Calicivirus). C1723-Cerci was not improving and she passed away today. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima-Young Men’s Christian Association of Macau visited us!

<10-10-2020> Today, we were visited by 30 people, which 20 were from Young Men's Christian Association of Macau (YMCA), who came on a visit to our Dogs’ Shelter! Thanks for your strong support! Anima–October Rescue (C2400, C2401)!

<09-10-2020> C2400-Nicky (F), around three years old, (F) and C2401-Jambo (M), around one year old, were rescued by Anima on 9th October 2020, after a call from I.A.M. (Macau Kennel) reporting that they have no more space for cats at the moment. Both cats were vaccinated, sterilized, and microchipped through IAM. Anima–October Adoption (C2368-Lazaro)!

<09-10-2020> Lazaro was adopted today, by Ms. Teng! C2368-Lazaro (M), around two months old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 6th July 2020, after a call from Ms. Teresa referring that there was a mother cat with a few kittens living at the back of her house on R. de Inácio Baptista. She asked us help. Rescue team went there and found a kitten that had fallen from a high wall onto the ground under a tree. The kitten, C2368-Lazaro, was sent immediately to a clinic for treatment. After recover, he was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise! Lazaro was adopted by Ms. Teng today! Thanks, Ms. Teng! Please, Adopt and never Buy!
