Anima – May Deceased (B113-Bee)!

<23-05-2019> B113-Bee, around two days old was rescued yesterday, on the 22nd May 2019, after a call from Mr. Sio who found a baby bird unable to fly. The bird was taken to RVC and it stayed there for checking and proper care. However, Bee was very young and weak to survive. B113-Bee died today in the clinic. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima-May Rescue and Adoption (SPP1477-Omar)

<23-05-2019> Omar was adopted today! SPP1477-Omar and SPP1476-Orson, both siblings were under our SPP Program since 14th June 2015 and were living at their site with a responsible person for them and with the support of Anima. However, SPP1477-Omar was taken by IAM and we lost track of him. SPP1477-Omar, was rescued again on the 23rd May 2019 after one of our staff members recognized him in IAM’s kennel. He was immediately adopted by his previous responsible! Please help us to help them! Never abandon your pet! Anima-Sheraton visited us!

<23-05-2019> Today, we were visited by 35 people from Sheraton as volunteers in our Dogs’ Shelter and brought three of their technicians to try to help us with our Air Con problem! Our Vice-President Guy Lesquoy has welcomed them and talked about our mission. Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2018, we had 8,612 visitors as compared with 9,251 in 2017! This year, up to April 2019, we had 2634 visitors, we have received 42 group visitors and we have been in four events organized by friends. Anima – May Rescued (C2126-Kim Kim)!

<22-05-2019> C2126-Kim Kim (M), around four years old, was rescued on the 22nd May 2019, after a call from Ms. Cham who asked us to rescue two cats resident in a building carpark of which one of them is pregnant. Although both cats are friendly, they are afraid of humans and so Anima provided a cat trap to catch them. We could manage to rescued one of the cats, while we our rescue team s working on finding the pregnant cat so we can also rescue her. C2126-Kim Kim was checked and is staying in our Cats’ Paradise! Anima– M.U.S.T. Volunteer Association visitou-nos!

<21-04-2019> Hoje, 60 pessoas visitaram-nos, 21 das quais eram da M.U.S.T. Volunteer Association que vieram ao nosso Paraíso dos Gatos e Abrigo dos Cães! Obrigada pelo vosso forte apoio! A Educação é a chave para alterar o ambiente de crueldade para com os animais. Os animais de estimação são para toda a vida! Cada vez mais pessoas vêm visitar a Anima! Em 2018, tivemos 8,612 visitantes comparando com os 9,251 em 2017! 146 grupos de escolas, associações, empresas e amigos visitaram-nos, um aumento de 6.6%! Este ano até março de 2019, tivemos 1823 visitantes, um decréscimo de 29.9%, recebemos 28 grupos de visitantes, um aumento de 12% e estivemos presentes em quatro eventos organizados por amigos, um aumento de 33.3%! Anima – May Deceased (SPP1256-Papa)!

<21-05-2019> SPP1256-Papa (M), around nine years old, under our SPP program was rescued from his site yesterday, on the 20th May 2019 after a call from the person responsible for him, Ms Chui, who reported he was limping but no wound to be seen and stopped eating as well. When our rescue team arrived, Papa was lethargic, panting and with high fever. SPP1256-Papa was sent to the clinic but couldn’t make it and died today. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets!
