Anima – Tai Long Needs a New Home!

Please help Tai Long! He needs a family! Tai Long (M), a Labrador Retriever, around nine years old, was abandoned by his owner and caged in a pet shop for four years without proper care. He got really sick and had to be sent to a clinic. He stayed there for a couple of weeks due to a kidney problem. The vet Ms. Laetitia  took care of Tai Long when he was sick and now she is moving out of Macau in two weeks time and she  doesn 't take him. Tai Long is very smart and playful with amazing personality and he is a  very good companion. He got all vaccination and he is completely healed. But he has difficulty to stay with other dogs. Ms. Laetitia suggests that who adopted him should not have other dogs. Please help us to help them! Thanks! Anima – Escola Choi Nong Chi Tai Visited Us in May!

Today, 44 people visited us, 19 of them were students from Escola Choi Nong Chi Tai! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2015, we had 5,768 visitors an increase of 4.7% as compared with 5,511 in 2014! This year, up to April 2016, Anima received 2,598 visitors, an increase of 10.51% as compared with the same period of last year! The number of groups visiting us increased to 22 groups! Anima – May Rescue (C1188-Carmy)!

C1188-Carmy (F), around ten months old, was rescued by Anima on 8th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Lei reporting that a cat was found in the Car Park of Van Sion Son Chun  two days ago. Anima – May Adoption (C1166-Alle)!

Alle was adopted by Ms. Sou on 8th May 2016! C1166-Alle (F), on the time around 1.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 17th April 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that he found C1166-Alle hiding under the engine of his motorcycle in Patane. He took Alle out and delivered her to Anima. She was covered with engine oil and full of fleas. She was washed, checked and dewormed by our vet! Alle stayed with us in Anima up to now. SPP1484-Daxon and SPP1483-Dax were under Anima Special Protection Program from 26th June 2015, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng reporting that two puppies (on the time around 2.5 months old) were found sick somewhere in Coloane! Anima – May Rescue (SPP1648-Languid)!

SPP1648-Languid (M), together with SPP1646-Lambo (M), SPP1647-Laggon (F),  SPP1649-Lafone (F) and SPP1650-Limona (F), on the time around one month old, and the mother, SPP1651-Linna (F), around two years old, were under our Special Protection Program from the 4th of February 2016. They lived in a construction site somewhere in Coloane, and Ms. Yuen was responsible for them in that area. Ms. Yuen reported that the site is closing down and the people from the site would contact IACM to catch all the dogs if they don’t move out from the site. We decided to collect all of them. Laggon is already with us from 14th April 2016 when was rescued after being caught by a car and lost one leg. Lambo and Lafone were brought to shelter yesterday. SPP1651-Linna was adopted by Ms. Yuen on 4th May 2016! SPP1651-Linna (F), around two years old, together with SPP1646-Lambo (M), SPP1647-Laggon (F), SPP1648-Languid (M), SPP1649-Lafone (F) and SPP1650-Limona (F), on the time around one month old were under our Special Protection Program from the 4th of February 2016.
