Anima–December Rescue (C1810-Salvador)!

<22-12-2017> C1810-Salvador (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 22th December 2017, after a call from Mr. Choi reporting that a starving cat was found in the public car Park of Espaço Sintra and needed our help. C1810-Salvador is staying in our Cat’s Paradise for quarantine. Thanks Mr. Choi! Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! December New dogs under SPP (SPP1954-SPP1962)!

<21-12-2017> The mother, SPP1954-Oceana (F), around two years old, with her eight puppies, SPP1955-Oringo (M), SPP1956-Orion (M), SPP1957-Osmar (M), SPP1958-Owen (M), SPP1959-Orton (M), SPP1960-Otis (M), SP01961-Olga (F) and SPP1962-Ohanna (F), all around two months old,  now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), were rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Di on 21st December 2017. They live in a site of Macau. Mr. Di is responsible for them in that area. Anima will support the neuter, food and the medical care for them. Thanks Mr. Di! Please help us to help them! Anima–December Sad News (C1791-Budweiser)!

<21-12-2017> C1787-Artois (M), C1788-Guinness (M), C1789-Heineken (M), C1790-Sapporo (M), C1791-Budweiser (M), C1792-Molson (M), C1793-Sierra (F) and C1794-Chimay (F), were rescued by Anima on 28th November 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they don't have enough space for the cats. They were all vaccinated and desexed by IACM. All of them stayed at Anima Cats`Paradise. C1791-Budweiser had nasal discharge, dehydration, low temperature and anemia with infection few weeks ago. He had been under dripping and treatment since that. His condition was on and off. C1791-Budweiser was found very weak this morning and he was sent to a clinic immediately. Anima–December Sad News (C1470-Tamako)!

<21-12-2017> C1470-Tamako (M), C1471-Tempura (F) and C1472-Wasabi (F), were rescued by Ms. Cheang, when they were around seven days old, that brought them to Anima Cats' Paradise on 27th March 2017. According to Ms. Cheang, C1470-Tamako, C1471-Tempura and C1472-Wasabi were born by a stray cat on the terrace of her workshop a week before. C1470-Tamako stayed with us since that day. He was getting skinny and was moved to a room for observation. Unfortunately he was too weak and passed away this morning. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! December Abandonment and Rescue (1357-Melto)!

<21-12-2017> 1357-Melto (M) was rescued with 1356-Melty on December 24, 2014 inside a carton box in Hac-Sa beach near a garbage bin. 1357-Melto was adopted on 5th March 2015. We were informed by IACM on 20th November 2017 that 1357-Melto was caught in Rua Heng Long and the adopter was informed as well. After being nformed by IACM the adopter went to IACM to finish the abandonment procedure. His excuse is that he doesn’t have time to take care of 1357-Melto anymore. We picked up 1357-Melto from IACM today. He is staying with us under quarantine now. Never Abandon your pet! Abandoning a pet should be a crime! Anima-Temporary Accommodation (1949-Santiago)!

<20-12-2017> 1949-Santiago, is now accommodated in Anima for eight days, until 27th December 2017. 1949-Santiago (M), around eight months old, was rescued by Anima on 4th December 2017 from IACM. 1949-Santiago was caught by IACM on 21st November 2017 and he has stayed in Macau Kennel for 14 days since then. We are trying to help the dogs from the Macau Kennel as much as possible. 1949-Santiago was vaccinated and stayed at Anima for ten days for observation. Santiago was adopted by Ms. Julia on 16th December 2017! If you adopt an animal from us you have the privilege to leave your animal in Anima during 15 days free of charge during the first year of adoption provided we have space. Never Abandon your pet! Anima–December Rescue and Sad News (1953-Istma)!

<20-12-2017> 1953-Istma (F), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 20th December 2017, after a call from Ms. Fong reporting that an injured dog was found laying down in the road of Seac Pai Van. 1953-Istma was sent to a clinic immediately. X-rays showed that the left hind leg had a fracture. Unfortunately 1953-Istma passed away during the consultation, and the cause of death was an internal bleeding. Thanks Ms. Fong! R.I.P. my friend! Anima-Temporary Accommodation (1952-Wu Choi III)!

<19-12-2017> 1952-Wu Choi III, is now accommodated in Anima for four days, until 22nd December 2017, by our member Mr. Lee. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates provided we have enough space. For dogs, 70 patacas per day and for cats 40 patacas per day. In case of members, the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 600). Who has adopted one animal from Anima does not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! Anima–December Rescue and Returned (1951-Kobe)!

<19-12-2017> 1951-Kobe (M), around 13 years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th December 2017, after a call from Institute for Social Affairs reporting that someone  passed away recently and his dog was left behind because the relatives and friends were unwilling or unable to take care of him. We found that 1951-Kobe has a microchip and we contacted IACM to help. The fact is 1951-Kobe’s owner, Ms. Elisabete, has reported to IACM that her dog was missing since July 2016. Anima-December Sad News (C1395-Bagel)!

<18-12-2017> C1385-Salem (F), was rescued by Anima on 17th January 2017, with an estimated age of ten months old, after a call from Ms. Tam reporting that she found a cat pregnant in Auto-Silo do Lido. Salem was sent to a clinic by Ms. Tam for accommodation for one night and then transferred to our Cat’s Paradise. On 20th January 2017 four kittens, C1394-Baquette, C1395-Bagel, C1396-Donut and C1397-Croissant were born. C1395-Bagel had been getting sick due to FIP. Her condition was on and off.
