Anima–February Rescue (1855-Minnie)!

<09-02-2017> 1855-Minnie (F), with an estimated age of four months old, was rescued by Anima on 9th February 2017, after a call from our rescue team reporting that a puppy was found in a site of Coloane during their daily feeding. Minnie was checked by our vet and dewormed. She is staying with us now. Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–Abandonment and Return (SPPC1254-Carrick)!

<08-02-2017> SPPC1254-Carrick (M), was rescued by Anima through Michele, when he was around two months old, on 5th August 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Carrick was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. His right eye was swollen and he had ringworm infection over the body. He was fostered temporarily by our staff Ms. Peng as he needed medication and observation. He was returned to his former place on 6th August 2016 and backed to Anima on 23rd August 2016 for adoption. Carrick was adopted on 18th September 2016. We were informed by the adopter today that her parents got sick and she needs to leave Macau for one year. She couldn’t find anyone to take care of Carrick for her. Carrick is staying with us again. An adoption is a serious decision! Please do it with responsibility! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–Mimi Needs a New Home!

<08-02-2017> Please help Mimi to find an adopter as soon as possible! We received a call from Mr. Lei on 8th February 2017, reporting that he couldn’t keep his cat anymore. According to Mr. Lei, he just moved to a small apartment and there is no enough space for Mimi to walk around. He is going to several long trips and he won’t stay in Macau for long as well. He wants to look for a new family for Mimi now. We disagreed with his decision but we want the best for the animal. Anima–February Adoption (C1399-Scottie)!

<07-02-2017> Scottie was adopted by Ms. Kou on 7th February 2017! C1399-Scottie (M), was rescued by Anima on 23rd January 2017, when he was around four years old, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that her neighbor passed away and left some cats and no one was taking care of them. There was a hole in the door of the flat and the cats were coming out searching for food. Ms. Peng and the neighbors set up a trap to catch them. C1386-Tebbie was caught on 18th January and was already with us. The second one, Scottie, was caught on 23rd January. They were trying to catch the last two cats to be delivered to us. Anima–February Adoption (1843-Furby)!

<07-02-2017> Furby was adopted by Mr. Veiga on 7th February 2017! 1843-Furby (M), was rescued by Anima on 1st February 2017, when he was around two months old, after a call from Mr. Lok reporting that a puppy was found alone hiding under a motorcycle near the Mercado Municipal da Taipa. Our shelter was full but we had no choice to keep him as Furby was too young to survive by himself on the street. He was full of fleas and after quarantine was going to be socialized with other puppies. Furby has stayed with us until now. Thanks Mr. Veiga! Please Adopt and never Buy! <07-02-2017> C1417-Gouda (F), with an estimated age of ten months old, was rescued by Anima on 7th February 2017, after a call from Ms. Yu reporting that a cat entered her balcony at Edificio Nga Sen. Anima-Temporary Accommodation (C965-Mika)!

<06-02-2017> C965-Mika (F), was rescued by Anima on 8th June 2015, when she was around two years old, after a call from Mr. Ieong reporting that three kittens and the mother were found in his place at Estrada do Cemiterio (Santo António e São Lázaro Social Service Centre). Two kittens, C952-Denzel and C956-Meijo, were rescued by Anima few days before Mika. The mother, Mika, was adopted by Ms. Elizabete on 22nd December 2015. Now she came back for a temporary accommodation up to 15th March 2017! If you adopt an animal from us you have the privilege to leave your animal in Anima during 15 days free of charge during the first year of adoption, provided we have space. Never abandon your pet! Anima–Rescue and New Cat Under SPP (SPPC1416-Barry)!

<05-02-2017> SPPC1416-Barry (M), with an estimated age of three months old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 5th February 2017, after a call from Michele, reporting that her friend, Mr. Daniel, found a kitten near Ponte 16 last night. Barry was checked by our vet and dewormed. He has diarrhea and upper respiratory tract infection. He is fostered temporarily by Michele as he needs medication. Thanks Michele and Mr. Daniel! Anima–February Adoption (1818-Wessa)!

<04-02-2017> Wessa was adopted by Ms. Leong on 4th February 2017! 1818-Wessa (F), was rescued by Anima on 24th November 2016, when she was around two months old, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that a puppy was found near Escola S. Jose de Ka-Ho. Her brother 1817-Wes was rescued in the same area on 22nd November 2016. Wessa was checked by our vet and dewormed.
