Anima–January Rescue (1965-1968)!

<06-01-2018> 1965-Madonna (F), around two years old, with her three puppies, 1966-Mekenna (F), 1967-Maddox (M) and 1968-Mack (M), all around two weeks old, were rescued by Anima on 6th January 2018, after a call from our rescue team reporting that they found a dog that gave birth recently during their daily feeding in a site. We used to have an old man, as our volunteer, taking care of the dogs in that area. But the old man passed away. Even full  we have to collect them as they were in risk. 1965-Madonna and her puppies are staying with us now. Please help us to help them! Anima–January Adoption (C1731-Bruce)!

<05-01-2018> Bruce was adopted by Ms. Wong on 5th January 2018! C1731-Bruce (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd October 2017, after a call from Ms. Chu saying that her relative has to stay in hospital for long time due to severe injury and nobody takes care of the cat in her house. Ms. Chu asked us for help. According to Ms. Chu the cat C1731-Bruce had been starving for days and she only started giving him some bread two days ago. He was checked and dewormed. He was fine but a bit skinny. C1731-Bruce has stayed with us until now. Thanks Ms. Wong! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–January Adoption (C1742-Daphne)!

<04-01-2018> Daphne was adopted by Ms. Fong on 4th January 2018! C1742-Daphne (F) and C1743-Darold (M), on the time both around three months old, were rescued by Anima on 31 October 2017, after a call from Mr. Ng saying that he used to feed a mother cat in the site of Toi Shan Market. The mother cat gave birth to seven kittens one month ago. He asked us for help. Our rescue team set up two traps there. Two kittens C1742-Daphne and C1743-Darold were caught. Anima–January Rescue (SPP1830-Pousada)!

<04-01-2018> SPP1830-Pousada (F), on the time around three months old, was under our Special Protection Program, after rescued by Anima on 28th December 2016, after a call from Ms. Cheng reporting that a puppy accidently entered inside the cat trap that was set by us in a place of Coloane. The cat trap is for catching stray cats over there for neutering! Pousada was checked and no injury was found. She was returned to her former place after dewormed. We were informed by another volunteer, Ms. Lai, that SPP1830-Pousada injured herself and was bleeding. SPP1830-Pousada had a small surgery with two stitches to close the wound. She was backed to her place after medication prescribed. Ms. Lai is responsible for her in that area. Thanks Ms. Lai! Please help us to help them! Anima–January Rescue (1969-Adalina)!

<04-01-2018> 1969-Adalina (F), around one year old, was rescued  on 4rd January 2018, after a call from Mr. Miguel reporting that a dog was tied up with a red harness and leash in the dog park of Colina de Mong-Ha. According to the people having morning exercise nearby, 1969-Adalina was left there since yesterday. No microchip was found. 1969-Adalina is fostered by Mr. Miguel temporarily now. <03-01-2018> Fable was adopted by Mr. Zhan on 3rd January 2018! C1712-Fable (F), on the time around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 15th September 2017, after a call from our rescue team reporting that there were a mother with three kittens near Miramar restaurant that were in danger. The mother C1707-Faye and one kitten C1708-Fossil were caught on 9th September 2017. Another kitten, C1709-Fiber, was caught on 9th September 2017. C1710-Frisco, was caught on 12th September 2017. Anima–January Rescue (C1818-C1821)!

<03-01-2018> C1818-Leia (F), C1819-Chewie (F), C1820-Yoda (F) and C1821-Amilyn (F), were rescued by Anima on 3rd January 2018, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. Anima–January Rescue (C1817-Shan)!

<03-01-2018> C1817-Shan (M), around five months old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd January 2018, after a call from Mr. Tam reporting that a cat was trying to crawl into his store room and the cat seems sick or injured. C1817-Shan was sent to a clinic as he couldn’t move his legs. X-ray didn’t show any fracture. The vet suspected C1817-Shan fell from a building and hurt the nerves. Anima–January Sad News (C337-Melina)!

<02-01-2018> C337-Melina (F), was rescued by Anima on 27th April 2012, after a call from Michele reporting that a cat needed our help. C337-Melina had stayed with us since that day. She was losing appetite in the past few days and less active as well. Blood test showed that she had kidney problem and pancreatitis.
