Anima – October Adoption (C1255, C1256)!

<08-10-2016> Peony and Pixie were adopted by Zoe on 8th October 2016! C1255-Peony (F), C1256-Pixie (M) and C1257-Pure (F), on the time all around two months old, were rescued by Anima on 6th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Lo reporting that three kittens fell into a drain at Rua Filipe O’Costa. The kittens were rescued by Fire Department then delivered to a clinic by us. They had severe eyes infection and they needed to stay overnight in the clinic for observation. They were fostered by our supervisor Zoe as they needed closely observation. Peony and Pixie were adopted by Zoe today. They are all blind! Thanks Zoe! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima – Returned to Nature (B051-Hedgeho)!

<07-10-2016> B051-Hedgeho was rescued by Anima on the 2nd October 2016, after a call from Ms. Ma reporting that she found a bird that couldn’t fly in R. de São João. Hedgeho was sent to a clinic and stayed there for observation until now. Hedgeho has recovered and was released today! Fly free my friend! Anima – October New Born (C1299-C1301)!

<07-10-2016> C1274-Jerica (F), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd September 2016, after a call from Mr. Lee reporting that he used to feed stray cats near Our Lady of Carmel Church and there were around six female cats not yet spayed. We set up a trap and Jerica was caught. She was brought to Anima and was already pregnant. Today three kittens, C1299-Julio (M), C1300-Jeffery (M) and C1301-Jorge (M) were born by her. Anima – October Rescue (SPP1807-Lucky)!

<07-10-2016> SPP1807-Lucky (M), one year old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 7th October 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a dog was getting slim and has an eye problem in a site of Seac Pai Van. Lucky was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. He was returned to his former place after the medication was prescribed. <07-10-2016> SPPC1302-Mark (M), three months old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 7th October 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Anima – October Abandonment in IACM (833-Blair)!

<06-10-2016> 832-Serina (F) and 833-Blair (F), together with 831-Sakura, 834-Anny, 835-Dina, 836-Bali, 837-Don and 838-Benson were rescued by Anima on 22nd June 2012, after a call from Ms. Lam reporting that there were eight puppies in the airport that needed our help. Serina and Blair were adopted  on 15th July 2012. However, Serina was returned to Anima on 4th July 2013 and  the excuse of the adopter was he couldn’t take care of two dogs. Today Blair was abandoned in Macau Kennel. We tried to understand the reason, but the adopter was rude telling  us that this is not  our business. He is wrong! He didn't read the adoption form properly! Blair is staying in Macau Kennel now, she will be transferred to Coloane Kennel for adoption after spay. The dogs in Coloane kennel are under Anima staff management. All animals in Coloane Kennel have play times as this is a principle in Anima. No animal is...

Anima – October Adoption (C1258, C1259)!

<06-10-2016> Bruno and Yolk were adopted by Mr. Wong on 6th October 2016! C1258-Bruno (M), on the time around two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 7th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Mok reporting that she heard a cat mewing inside her car when she was driving. She called the Police and the Fire Department to help. Bruno was taken out from her car’s hood by the firemen then handed over to us. He was dehydratated. His brother, C1259-Yolk (M), on the time around two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 8th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Mok reporting that she found one more kitten in  her car. Cooperation Anima-IACM (SPP1767, 1798)!

<06/10/2016> How they were when we rescued them and how they are now! SPP1767-Senika (F), around seven years old,  was rescued by Anima on 9th August 2016, and accepted to be a dog  under our Special Protection Program (SPP), after a call from a worker in a site, somewhere in Ka-Ho, reporting that she was found lying on the ground unable to move at all. Her abdomen was very bloated, also full of ticks and fleas on her body. Senika was sent to a clinic immediately for surgery. 1798-Juven (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 5th September 2016, after a Facebook message from Ms. Paula reporting that a dog was wandering outside Hac-Sa Youth Hostel. Juven had hair loss on the body and belly, and there was blood in his urine. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. Both recovered and stayed in the clinic until now. They were delivered...

Anima – October Rescue and Sad News (C1297-Kiki)!

<05-10-2016> C1297-Kiki (F), four months old, was rescued by Anima already dead on 5th October 2016, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that a cat was dying in the road at Av. Marginal do Lam Mau.
