Anima – September Adoption (SPPC1267-Tasha)!

<03-09-2016> Tasha was adopted by Ms. Lee on 3rd September 2016! SPPC1267-Tasha (F), around three months old, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 23rd August 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Tasha was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. She was staying with us for adoption since that. Today Tasha was adopted. Thanks Ms. Lee! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima – September Adoption (C1250, 1752)!

<03-09-2016> Fazil and Hena were adopted by Mr. Lee on 3rd September 2016! C1250-Fazil (M), on the time one month old, together with C1251-Ferris (M) and C1252-Fonda (F), on the time both around ten days old, were rescued by Anima on 4th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Wai reporting that three kittens were found in R. de Tin Chon without their mother beside. They were collected to Anima and checked by our vet. They were fostered temporarily by our staff as they still needed milk. SPP1662-Tanmi, on the time around three years and three months old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd June 2016 already pregnant and gave birth to seven puppies on 19th June 2016, 1746-Henley, 1747-Hansel, 1748-Haydon, 1749-Hilton, 1750-Hella, 1751-Honey and 1752-Hena. Anima – September Rescue (SPP1485-Hac Mui)!

<02-09-2016> SPP1485-Hac Mui (F), was rescued by Anima on 27th June 2015, after a call from the staff of a friendly association asking us to help Hac Mui as a lump was found hanging from her stomach. She was sent to a clinic immediately for surgery. She was under our Special Protection Program since that day. This morning we were informed that the appetite of Hac Mui was not good, she was vomiting andhere was pus coming out from her vulva as well. Hac Mui was sent to a clinic and diagnosed she had pyometra. She received a surgery to remove the uterus and ovaries. She is staying in the clinic for observation now. This is part of our Special Protection Program (SPP)! As our space is limited, we are sorry not to be able to receive all animals that live in streets! Please help us to help them! Anima – September Sad News (C1065-Fiorella)!

<02-09-2016> C1065-Fiorella (F) and C1066-Floria (F) were accepted by Anima on 31st October 2015 even if we have disagreed with the abandonment of the two pets. Who brought them to Anima referred that his tenant left two cats in his house on 2010. He had taken care of them for five years but because someone in the family had an allergy he couldn’t keep them anymore. This is a recurrent argument used by many members of our community for abandon their pets! Fiorella was found shrinking, getting skinny and slightly dehydrated two weeks ago. She was sent to a clinic and stayed there for a couple of days for further examinations. Her heart beat was very fast, the belly was bloated,  had peritoneal effusion and she was suspected to have FIP. She had been under observation since that but unfortunately we couldn’t save her. Fiorella passed away today. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon...

Anima – September Rescue (C1273-Johan)!

<02-09-2016> C1273-Johan (M), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 2nd September 2016, after a call from Ms. Pang reporting that there was a cat she used to feed since half year ago in Edificio Yak Lei. The cat got pregnant and gave birth to two kittens. Today one of the kittens, Johan, was caught and he is staying with us now. Thanks Ms. Pang! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – September Adoption (SPPC1249-Caramel)!

<02-09-2016> Caramel was adopted by Mr. Matthew David on 2nd September 2016! SPPC1249-Caramel (F), on the time around two months old, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 3rd August 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Caramel was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. No cat flu symptoms were found through auscultation, but she had ringworm infection over the body and paws. She was staying with us for observation and medication. She was returned to her former place on 5th August 2016 and backed to Anima again on 23rd August 2016 for adoption. Caramel stayed with us until now. Thanks Mr. Matthew David! Anima – September Adoption (C1102-Kanta)!

<02-09-2016> Kanta was adopted by Ms. Cynthia on 2nd September 2016! The mother, C1102-Kanta, together with four kittens, C1103-Karin, C1104-Kasin, C1105-Karsen and C1106-Kapuni were rescued by Anima on 17th January 2016, after a call from Ms. Yao reporting that Kanta and her kittens lived in a warehouse in Rua Cinco de Outubro. According to Ms. Yao, the warehouse will close until March and she had no access to give food to the cats as she always did. We collected all of them to Anima. Karin, Kasin and Kapuni were adopted already. Today the mother Kanta was adopted also. Thanks Ms. Cynthia! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima – Sheng Kung Hui Youth Center Visited Us!

<01-09-2016> Today, 37 people visited us, nine of them were from Sheng Kung Hui Youth Center! Thanks for your strong support! Anima – September Rescue (C1271, C1272)!

<01-09-2016> C1271-Kimchi (F) and C1272-Miso (M), both around two months old, were rescued by Anima on 1st September 2016, after a call from Ms. Ng reporting that two kittens were found in Edf. Fai Sam Kok. Our rescue team arrived the place and noted also that the mother was with them. The residents claimed that two other kittens were found dead from starving few days ago and one other kitten body was found in the building upon arrival, probably he fall down from the building. The mother escaped and we will set up a trap to catch her tomorrow. Kimchi and Miso were brought to Anima, Miso’s right eye was infected and could barely open.
