Anima – August Rescue and New SPP Dog (SPP1788-Lucas)!

<19-08-2016> SPP1788-Lucas (M), around three years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 19th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that a dog was found limping in Estr. da Aldeia (Near Tam Kong Temple) few days ago. Lucas was sent to a clinic for consultation and x-rays. Report showed that his right front limb was injured and left untreated being the cause of its actual deformation. He was neutered today and  needs to stay in clinic for observation. Ms. Leong will help us to pay part of the vet bill. Thanks Ms. Leong! Please help us to help them! Please neuter your pets! Anima – August Rescue (C1263, C1264)!

<19-08-2016> C1263-Kirsty (F), together with C1264-Kean (M), both around three years old, were rescued by Anima on 19th August 2016, after a call from Comando da Policia de Seguranca Publica reporting that a two cats’ owner passed away and no one could take care of them. Kirsty and Kean were sent to a clinic for accommodation tonight. Tomorrow they will be collected to Anima. Please help us to help them! August New Dog under SPP (SPP1775 to SPP1787)!

<18-08-2016> Two groups of dogs, SPP1775-Nadia (F), 2 years old, which is the mother of four puppies SPP1776-Nahia (F), SPP1777-Naida (F), SPP1778-Naima (F) and SPP1779-Nixon (M), all 1.5 months old; SPP1780-Yaffa (F), 2 years old, which is the mother of seven puppies, SPP1781-Yakira (F), SPP1782-Yiva (F). SPP1783-Yonca (F), SPP1784-Yasin (M), SPP1785-Yavin (M), SPP1786-Yukio (M) and SPP1787-Yoshi (M), all 1.5 months old, are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 18th August 201. They are living in a site, somewhere in Macau. The guards working there are responsible for them in that area. The two mothers will be spayed soon. Anima – August Return (SPP1771-Fat Boy)!

<18-08-2016> Fat Boy was released on 18th August 2016! SPP1771-Fat Boy (M), around 2.5 years old, together with SPP1770-Whistle (M), around three years old, were rescued by Anima on 15th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that two dogs were found injured after a fight in the site of MGM. According to the guard, Whistle was bitten by seven dogs and they were all living in another site. Whistle and Fat Boy were sent to a clinic for treatment. Multiple holes were found on Whistle’s body, the chest, the abdomen and the left shoulder. The wounds were very wide and deep, he needed over 60 stitches to close all them up. Fat Boy had two wounds on the testicular, the left thigh got a deep holes as well, he was sutured with eight stitches and castrated. Both of them were staying in clinic for observation. <18-08-2016> 1534-Sibala was rescued by Anima on 27th September 2015. Happily he was collected back by the family on 10th October 2015. He came back for a temporary accommodation for five days. Anima – August Rescue (1773, 1774)!

<18-08-2016> 1773-Sky (M), together with 1774-Sea (M), both around 2.5 months old, were rescued by Anima on 18th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Lai reporting that two puppies were found getting soaked underbrush outside Kiang Wu Hospital. They were collected to Anima and checked by our vet. They are staying with us now. This is a kind of situation that forces Anima to find solutions in our crowded space! Thanks Ms. Lai! <18-08-2016> C1262-Lottle was rescued by Anima already dead after a call from our rescue team reporting that a body was found in Estrada De Pac On. Anima – August Adoption (C1248-Qoo)!

<18-08-2016> Qoo was adopted by Ms. Graune on 18th August 2016! C1248-Qoo (F), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 2nd August 2016, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a kitten was found in front of Edificio Man Fung (Areia Preta), soaking and hardly breathing. Qoo was collected to Anima and checked by our vet. She was very weak and not moving at all. She had hypothermia, malnutrition, dehydration and flea infection. She was fostered by our cat Supervisor Ms. Peng as she needed force feeding and close monitor. Qoo stayed with us until today. Thanks Ms. Graune! Please help us to help them! Anima – August Sad News (B041-Tolo)!

<17-08-2016> B041-Tolo was rescued by Anima on 16th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Sio reporting that a pigeon was found under a motorcycle on Rua Formosa. Tolo seemed injured as there was blood on the street, one of the wing was broken as well. Tolo was sent to a clinic and stayed there for observation. The shoulder blade of Tolo was broken, the vet was about to run a surgery, but Tolo passed away before that. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! All animals have rights!
