Anima-New SPP dogs (SPP2373, SPP2374, SPP2375)!

<18-06-2021> SPP2373-Aerobic (M), around two years old, SPP2374-Queen (F) around three years old and SPP2375-MoMo (F), around two years old, are now registered under our Special Protection Program (SPP). All are under Mr. Ng's responsibility in a Ka-Ho Car Shop, after we received a call from Mr. Ng himself reporting that SPP2373-Aerobic have a wound on his head and today started having nosebleed. It is suspected that some one hit the dog on the head. Anima will bring Aerobic to a clinic where they can provide medical care and later a spay surgery. Thanks for your support, Mr. Ng! Anima-June Adoption (C2582-Kuma)!

<17-06-2021> Kuma was adopted today by Ms. Leong! C2582-Kuma (M), around one year old back then, was rescued by Anima on 24th May 2021, following a call from Ms. Sou reporting that she has been feeding a cat in Taipa Central Park since January, but recently the security did not allow them to feed anymore. Anima–June Sad News (447-Iris)!

<15-06-2021> 447-Iris, one of our oldest dogs, has been living in our Dogs’ Shelter for a few years. Recently, she was coughing several times. After X-Ray exams and blood test results, she was initially diagnosed with heart murmur and pericardial effusions. However, after more medical exams and according with a vet, she has a tumor. 447-Iris have been hospitalized in the vet clinic for treatment. Unfortunately, despite all medical efforts, she did not survive. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–June Adoption (C2528-Olive)!

<14-06-2021> Olive was adopted today, by Ms. Kuan! C2528-Olive (F), around six months old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 25th February 2021, after a message on Facebook from Mr. Tiago asking if we could collect her as the kitten was very friendly and easy to approach. Mr. Tiago thought that Olive might had an owner, and she was lost. Our rescue team passed by the area. Olive was found inside of a shop to whom it was asked if she belongs there. Both, the shop staff and the owner, said that Olive is a stray cat that would sometimes come in, either to get food or attention. Rescue team collected C2528-Olive and she was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Today, C2528-Olive finally found the love of a new family! Thanks Ms. Kuan, for choosing to adopt her! Anima–June Rescue (SPP1713-Hac Chai II)!

<08-06-2021> SPP1713-Hac Chai II, an old dog from our Special Protection Program (SPP) and living in the kennel, was rescued by Anima on 8th June 2021, after a call from one of our handlers reporting that she found him peeing blood. SPP1713-Hac Chai II was sent to a clinic. Blood test results and an X-ray showed anemia and bladder problems. Hac Chai II will be hospitalized in the vet clinic for treatment. Anima-June Adoption (C2565, C2567)!

<05-06-2021> Sofia and Antonio were adopted today by Mr. Wong! Our cat, C2528-Olive gave birth to three kittens! Olive was rescued by Anima on 25th February 2021, following a Facebook message reporting that a friendly cat had been wandering near Patio do Gil. We soon found out that she was pregnant. The kittens C2565-Sofia, C2566-Luca and C2567-Antonio were born in our Cat’s Paradise. Today, Sofia and Antonio found a forever family. Thank you for choosing to adopt, Mr. Wong! Anima-June Adoption (C2500-Leaf)!

<03-06-2021> Leaf was adopted today by Ms. Tong! C2499-Sage, C2500-Leaf, C2501-Indigo and C2502-Willow, newborns around two days old, were rescued by Anima on 4th February 2020, after a call from Mr. Tong regarding that for two days his working company “CSA Computer Zone” in Rua Um do Bairro Iao Hon have been listening crying from a kitten in the ceiling. Today, some of the company staff opened the ceiling and found four kittens, Sage, Leaf, Indigo and Willow. Mr. Tong does not have any experience with animals, special newborns, and he asked us help. Anima set up a trap to catch the mother. The kittens were collected by our rescue team, and they were welcome to our Cat’s Paradise. Today, Leaf found a forever family. Anima-June Adoption (C2576-Bellamy)!

<02-06-2021> Bellamy was adopted today by Mr. Ao! C2576-Bellamy (F), around one and a half month old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 22nd April 2021, after a call from Ms. Chou reporting that she found a very weak kitten, C2576-Bellamy, lying in the middle of the street in Avenida 1 de Maio. Since the kitten was in danger because of the car traffic, Ms. Chou asked us help. Rescue team went to the site and Bellamy was brought to our Cats’ Paradise. Today, she found a forever family. Anima-June Adoption (2352-Coolio)!

<01-06-2021> Coolio was adopted today by Mr. Quinn! 2352-Coolio (M), around two years and five months old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 11th March 2021, after one of our staff members reported that a light-yellow dog entered in our carpark. Later, the dog jumped into our garden in Cats’ Paradise, staying between the fences and wooden boards alone. A worker claiming to be the responsible of 2352-Coolio, tried to take him away. However, he could not prove his identity and left. 2352-Coolio had not microchip, he is quite friendly and was welcome to Anima. Today, he found a forever family.
