Anima–January Rescue and Sad News (C2496-Ronan)!

<27-01-2021> C2496-Ronan (M), a kitten around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 27th January 2021, following a handler reporting that he found a dead kitten in Rua da Praia do Manduco, probably hit by a car. The body was collected to deliver in Macau kennel. R.I.P. our dear friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–January Foster Family (C2201-Pennywise)!

<26-01-2021> Pennywise was fostered today by Ms. Sarah! C2201-Pennywise (M), around five years old by the time, was rescued by Anima on the 21st September 2019, after a call from Ms. Michelle who found a cat unable to move. Pennywise was in a bad condition and it was suspected that he fell from a building or he was hit by a car. He was immediately sent to the clinic and welcome to our Cats’ Paradise after recover. Anima–January Rescue (C2495-Oasis)!

<26-01-2021> C2495-Oasis (F), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 26th January 2021, after a call from Ms. Laura referring that she rescued a kitten last night in the streets of One Oasis. As she notices the kitten shaking, she brought her to a clinic, but was confirmed that she is healthy with no injuries. Ms. Laura cannot keep the kitten, so. She asked us help. Anima-January Rescue (from C2484 to C2493)!

<22-01-2021> Ten Cats, C2484-Volker (M), around one year and five months old, C2485-Nathan (M) and C2486-Yuliana (F), both around six months old, C2487-Whitley (F) with C2488-Vina (F) and C2489-FiFi (F), all around one year old, C2490-Floretta (F), around nine months old, C2491-Yeva (F), C2492-Yoshiko (F) and C2493-Vioda (F), all around three years old, were rescued by Anima on 22nd January 2021, after a call from IAM reporting that they were out of space for cats. Rescue Team brought them all to Anima already vaccinated and with microchip. They were welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, IAM! Please help us to help them! Anima-Macau Anglican College visited us!

<21-01-2021> Today, we were visited by 39 people, of which 28 were from Macau Anglican College who came to our Dogs’ Shelter. Thank you for your visit and support! Anima-Press Conference at our Cats’ Paradise!

<21-01-2021> Today Anima had a Press Conference, in the afternoon at Cats Paradise, located at Estrada do. Campo, n.16 R/C, Coloane Village. The event was attended by our Life Honorary President (Mr. Albano), together with our President and Manager of the Executive Committee (Ms. Zoe and Ms. Mandy, respectively), our Treasury (Ms. Kiko), helped by TDM and Exmoo reporters. The Conference was about the animals’ welfare situation in Macau and a scenario of growing financial difficulties this year. Around 32 people have visited us! Anima–January Adoption (C2419-Aria)!

<20-01-2021> Aria was adopted today by Mr. Au! C2419-Aria (F), around three months old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 24th October 2020, after a call from Mr. Pao asking if Anima could collect a kitten that have fallen from somewhere into the patio in Sun Star Plaza block I in Av. do Hipódromo. He asked us help. After our rescue team manage to collect C2419-Aria, the kitten was sent to a clinic for an X-ray and acknowledge from Mr. Pao. According to the vet, there were no internal nor external injuries. Although, it was suggested to Anima to observe the kitten’s health for a while. <20-01-2021> C2481-Voda (F), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 20th January 2021, following a call from Mr. Bosco reporting that a stray female cat that he usually feed in Travessa dos Anjos was pregnant. He asked us to help. C2481-Voda was sent to a clinic for consultation and the exam’s result confirm pregnancy. C2481-Voda is now welcome to our Cat’s Paradise. Thanks, Mr. Bosco!
