Anima–March Sad News (309-Amy)!

<24-03-2020> 309-Amy (F) was rescued by Anima on 10th November 2011 and she has been with us until now. On 8th July 2019, 309-Amy was sent to a veterinary clinic for a three days treatment once she had a clinical history of heart murmur, quite severe pancreatitis, inflammation on part of intestine, gallbladder and a mild jaundice. On 19th February 2020, she went back to a clinic for consultation. Results of an x-ray revealed that she has also megaesophagus. 309-Amy stood hospitalized for some days, discharged from the clinic on 23rd February 2020 and returned to us. She passed away today in our Dog Shelter. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–March Rescued (2251-Jose)!

<24-03-2020> 2251-Jose (M), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 24th March 2020, after our rescue team found him during their daily feeding routines in Hac Sa Area. Mr. Edgar, a worker in Miramar Restaurant, reported that a puppy was found in the mountain behind. According to him, there is a female dog (mother) with 2 puppies in the mountain but he only managed to catch one, 2251-Jose. 2251-Jose was clinically observed in ANIMA and welcome to our Dog Shelter. Anima–March Newborns (FM005-FM009)!

<23-03-2020> A Family of three fancy mouses, the mother, FM001-Haisley (F), around one year old; the father, FM002-Harper (M), around one year old and the baby, FM003-Eesley (F), around 3 months old, were rescued by ANIMA on 7th March 2020, after a call from Mr. Lao reporting that he found three fancy mouses abandoned near a public garbage bin at R. Nova da Areia Preta (Nam Wa San Chun). He asked us to help. On 16th March 2020, FM001-Haisley gave birth to FM004-Evelyn and the baby passed away two days later in Dog Shelter. Today, FM003-Eesley gave birth to FM005-Patty, FM006-Olga, FM007-Fred, FM008-Gaston and FM009-Odett. All of them are healthy and stay in ANIMA for now until can be adopted! Anima – March Lost (Luca-Welsh Corgi)!

<23-01-2019> Luca (M), a Welsh Corgi around two and a half years old, was lost in Edf. Jardim Tjoi Long (Estr. Nordeste da Taipa) this morning, around 11:30am to 12pm. The owner asked our help by posting a message on Facebook. An hour later, we were informed by the owner that someone, who found Luca in Taipa Central Park had been return him to her after saw our post on Facebook. Please help us to help them! Anima–March Adoption (SPPC1700-Corra)!

<22-03-2020> Corra was adopted by Ms. Guimares Chio, today! SPPC1700-Corra, SPPC1936-Fama and SPPC1937-Fallon, were under the responsibility of Ms. Cheng in Pou Tai Un Monestery, but Ms. Cheng will stop working there and suspects that the cats will be abandoned by her colleagues. Ms. Cheng managed for SPPC1936-Fama to be adopted. Corra and Fallon were both welcomed in our Cats’ Paradise. SPPC1700-Corra was adopted today, by Ms. Guimares Chio! Thanks, Ms. Guimares! Anima–March Foster Family (C2304-Nan)!

<20-03-2020> Nan was fostered by Ms. Peng today! C2304-Nan (F), around one month old, was rescued by Anima on 13th March 2020, through Mr. Lourenço, who brought the kitten with him to Cat’s Paradise asking ANIMA to keep her once she was tied on the back staircase of Edf. Anima–March Rescued (C2307-Orpah)!

<20-03-2020> C2307-Orpah (F), around 4 months old, was rescued by Anima on 20th March 2020, after we received a call from Mr. Ao reporting that a kitten was trapped in the air conditioner on the top of Royal Electronics Square, on Luen San Square (Block II) and couldn’t get down because it was too high. The kitten was found there since last monday. Fire Department went there before, but couldn’t help. IAM suggest putting a trap above the ceiling of Royal Electronics Supermarket. A cat trap was set, and today Royal Electronics Supermarket informed that the kitten was in it. C2307-Orpah (F) was clinically observed and welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, Mr. Ao! <20-03-2020> Marissa was adopted by Ms. Wong, today! C1991-Machau (M), around two years old and C1992-Marissa (F), around one year old by that time, were rescued by Anima on 6th September 2018, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. Anima–March Rescued (C2306-Keanna)!

<19-03-2020> C2306-Keanna (M), around 2 years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th March 2020, after received a call from Mr. Leong reporting that an injured cat, C2306-Keanna entered in his building at Edifício Chong Seng da Tv. dos Vendilhões with his nose bleeding. He asked us to help. C2306-Keanna was immediately sent to a veterinary clinic. An X-ray result reveal that her right hind stifle joint is broken and surgery is needed for a bone fracture repair. Anima–March Sad News (C1945-Elsa)!

<19-03-2020> C1945-Elsa (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 29th July 2018 and was found by our staff at the entrance of Cats’ Paradise inside a cat bag. She has been with us since her rescue. Yesterday, C1945-Elsa was found dehydrated, not eating and with low temperature. She was sent to our clinic and stood under veterinary care. C1945-Elsa passed away today in our Cats’ Paradise. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets!
