Anima–October Sad News (C2862-Bilbo)!

<20-10-2023> C2862-Bilbo(M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 6th October 2023, after a call from Ms. Feng referring that she had seen a skinny cat staying underneath cars near a public toilet in Macau University for the past few weeks. The cat was hungry and thirsty all the time. Rescue team went there and found an uncastrated male adult cat, C2862-Bilbo, rather skinny and pale with a little ocular discharge, unhealthy fur coat and an almost healed scratch wound on his body. C2862-Bilbo was caught and welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, C2862-Bilbo was sent to a clinic and diagnosed with severe anemia and dehydration, three broken canine teeth, a few rather deep wounds under his chin, bad kidney structures and jaundice. His prognosis turned worst today and besides all our efforts, C2862-Bilbo passed away today. R.I.P. our friends! Never Abandon your pets! Abandoning a pet should be a crime!   Please,...

Anima–October Sad News (SPP2438-Apple)!

<19-10-2023> SPP2438-Apple (M), one of our senior dogs, was sent to a vet clinic today due to his weakness. His health was not good and he refused to eat and drink. Anima–October Sad News (C2863-Kiwi)!

<19-10-2023> C2863-Kiwi (F), around six months old, was rescued by Anima on 9th October 2023 from IAM, after a call from Ms. Lao reporting that there was a cat with a broken leg outside the shop "食集", opposite of Iao Han McDonald. The cat was hiding under the fridge and Ms. Lao asked for our help. When our team arrived, the shopkeeper said that C2863-Kiwi was a strayed cat and Kiwi did not belong to him. Anima and IAM worked together to help C2863-Kiwi. She stayed hospitalized in a vet clinic until now, but besides all our and medical efforts, C2863-Kiwi passed away today. R.I.P. our friends! Anima–October Sad News (SPPC2867-Cayenne)!

<18-10-2023> SPPC2867-Cayenne (F), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima on 16th October 2023, after a call from Ms. Carla informing that a cat had been shaking her head and seemed to be in bad spirit at the patio of her workplace, Calçada da Igreja de São Lázaro. SPPC2867-Cayenne was sent directly to a vet clinic. She had severe jaundice, anemia and bloody ascites. Cayenne needed to stay hospitalized. Her prognosis was getting worst and besides all our efforts, even with the endless help of Ms. Carla to make a blood transfusion, SPPC2867-Cayenne passed away today. R.I.P. our friends! Anima–October Sad News (C2518-August)!

<17-10-2023> Ten cats, C2511-January (M) and C2512-February (M), both around two years old, C2513-March (M),around eight years old, C2514-April (M), around two years old, C2515-May (F), C2516-June (M), C2517-July (F) and C2518-August (M), all around one year old, September (F), around two years old and C2520-October (F), around one year old, were rescued by Anima on 11th February 2021, from Macau Kennel as they were completely full. C2518-August has been living in our Cats’ Paradise after his rescue. Recently, he was hospitalized in a clinic, as he was diagnosed with a lymphoma one year ago and his health condition was not good. His prognosis was getting worst and besides all our efforts, C2518-August passed away today. R.I.P. our friends! Never Abandon your pets! <11-10-2023> C2865-Tango (M), around five months old and C2866-Flamenco (F), around two years old, were rescued by Anima on 11th October 2023, after a call from IAM regarding no more space for cats. Anima–October Sad News (C2460-Pinot)!

<10-10-2023> C2459-Merlot (F), around three months old and C2460-Pinot (F), around two and a half months old, were rescued by Anima on 23rd December 2020, after a call from IAM regarding that they did not have more free space for cats back then. Both kittens, C2459-Merlot and C2460-Pinot, were welcome to our Cat’s Paradise. Recently, C2460-Pinot was hospitalized in a clinic, as she has a huge inflammation, jaundice and anemia. Blood test results showed hepatitis, which could be due to an auto immune problem. Her prognosis was getting worst and besides all our efforts, C2460-Pinot passed away today. R.I.P. our friends!
