<03-12-2024> C2993-Romi (F), around tow years old and C2994-Fabian (M), around one year old, were rescued by Anima on 3rd December 2024, after a call from IAM referring that they have no space to receive more animals. Anima–December Rescue (2533-Leg Leg II)!

<02-12-2024> 2533-Leg Leg II (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 2nd December 2024, after a call from Ms. Fok, reporting that an injured dog was found in bushes at Estrada do Altinho de Coloane, near Aldeia Cultural de A-Ma and the dog was unable to move. He was immediately sent to a vet clinic for consultation. X-rays showed a fracture on his lumbar vertebrae and a broken tail. Health exams revealed ascites and other small problems that need treatment. He stayed hospitalized in the clinic. 2533-Leg Leg II will be welcome to our Dogs’ Shelter as soon as he recovers! Anima–November Sad News (SPP1277-Porter)!

<27-11-2024> SPP1277-Porter (M), one of our senior dogs, was diagnosed with a bone tumor. Recently, he had a mass growing fast and creating a non healing wound. Anima–November Sad News (501-Xica)!

<26-11-2024> 501-Xica (F), one of our senior dogs, has been with health problems on her adrenal gland. Recently, she was unable to stand and later with hyperthermia. 501-Xica was sent to a clinic. Blood test was done but during the process, Xica suddenly was in shock and vets needed to do an emergency treatment. Unfortunately, she got worst and passed away today. R.I.P. our friend! Anima–November Sad News (SPP1713-Hac Chai II)!

<21-11-2024> SPP1713-Hac Chai II, an old male dog from our Special Protection Program (SPP) and living in the kennel, was rescued by Anima on 8th June 2021, after a call from one of our handlers reporting that she found him peeing blood. SPP1713-Hac Chai II was sent to a clinic, recovered and he got back to Anima. Recently, Hac Chai II had some health problems, also due to old age. He has been under treatment.
