Anima-Melco Resorts and Entertainment helped us!

<19-10-2022> Today, we were visited by 25 people, of which 10 were from Melco Resorts and Entertainment. This group gave us a precious help volunteering at our Cats’ Paradise. Our heartfelt thanks to all volunteers for the commitment and support to our cause! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2021, we were visited by 10,589 people, compared with 10,495 visitors in 2020. Anima–October Sad News (C1688-Ace)!

<19-10-2022> C1688-Ace (M), around five months old back then, was rescued by Anima on 5th August 2017, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that a kitten was found in a temple in Estrada de Coelho do Amaral. Ace has been living in Anima for many years, in our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, he got terribly sick and he went to the clinic for treatment. Besides all medical efforts and Anima’s support, C1688-Ace passed away, today. R.I.P. our friend! Please Adopt and Never Buy! Never Abandon your pet! He is not a toy! <18-10-2022> Milk was adopted today, by Mr. Cheong! 2469-Milk (M), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 18th October 2022, after a call from IAM referring that they did not have more space. Anima-October Sad News (C2158-Sprite)!

<14-10-2022> C2158-Sprite (M) and C2159- Fanta (M), both around five months old back then, were rescued by Anima on the 8th July 2019 after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that the kittens got in his building and were wandering right in front of his door in the 3rd floor. The kittens were both welcomed in our Cats’ Paradise! Recently, C2158-Sprite got terribly sick. He had jaundice, severe stomatitis that might be caused by calicivirus or FIV, and also FIP. He went back to a clinic for recheck his treatment and decide about extend his life condition according with his health situation. Unfortunately, vets and Anima administration decided to shorten his suffer. C2158-Sprite passed away, today. R.I.P. our friend! Please Adopt and Never Buy! Never Abandon your pet! He is not a toy! Anima–October Rescue (SPP2465-Patsy)!

<14-10-2022> SPP2465-Patsy (F), around one year old, is under Anima’s Special Protection Program (SPP) since 3rd September 2022, under Ms. Chan’s responsibility in Estrada de Cheok Van. SPP2465-Patsy was sent to a clinic for consultation as she lost her appetite. A Blood Test was done, and the results revealed that she has anemia and she was positive for Ehrlichia. Medication was prescribed for one month. After recover under Ms. Ruby’s care, SPP2465-Patsy was spayed and welcome to her site. Thanks, Ms. Chan and Ms. Ruby for all your help and dedication!
