Anima–August Sad News (2481-Ding Ding)!

<08-08-2024> 2481-Ding Ding (M), around 12 years old now, was rescued by Anima on 19th December 2022, after a call from Ms. Cheong asking if Anima could collect some dogs from Ilha Verde, as she was unavailable to take care of them. The owner of the property, where they were living, agreed. Anima contacted IAM for assistance. Ah Wu (M), around 12 years old, Ah Dee (M), around seven years old and Dodo (F), around five years old were previously rescued. 2481-Ding Ding needed to have treatment and medication upon rescue as he suffers from a heart disease. Recently, he got worst and passed away today. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–August Sad News (471-Anya)!

<08-08-2024> 471-Anya (F), one of our senior dogs, was found sick without strength and laying on the floor. She was sent to a vet clinic as an emergency. According with the vet, she had a gastric dilatation-volvulus (GDV). Besides all our efforts, 471-Anya passed away today. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–August Rescue (C2964-Alan)!

<05-08-2024> C2964-Alan (M), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 5th August 2024, after a policeman stoped our van asking for rescue a sick kitten near Tam Kong Temple. He asked us help. The skinny kitten, C2964-Alan, had severe ocular discharge with his right eye closed due to inflamation. He was sent to a clinic immediately. After recover, C2964-Alan will be welcomed to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks to our community for let us help him! Please, consider more options before abandon any animal in the streets! <25-07-2024> 2519-Brutus (M), a french bull dog around five years old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd July 2024, after being abandonned by his owner due to personal reasons. 2519-Brutus was returned to his other family, with Ms. Tam being responsible for him and after she confirmed that Brutus was her missing beloved dog! Anima–July Sad News (C2962-Smoke)!

<22-07-2024> C2962-Smoke (M), around two and a half months old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2024, after a call from Ms. Sandy reporting that a kitten was found on the road at Rua Kun Iam Tong and he was almost hit by her car. She asked us to help. C2962-Smoke was sent to a clinic for consultation. According with the vet, he has hypoglycemia which is very dangerous for a kitten of his age. Anima–July Sad News (C1767-Norwich)!

<10-07-2024> C1762-Everton (M), C1763-Brigton (M), C1764-Chelsea (F), C1765-Swansea (F), C1766-Crystal (F), C1767-Norwich (M), C1768-Leicester (F), C1769-Manchester (M), C1770-Burnley (F), C1771-Arsenal (M), C1772-Liverpool (M) and C1773-Tottenham (F), were rescued by Anima on 16th November 2017, after a call from IAM reporting that they did not have enough space for more cats. C1767-Norwich got sick recently. His health condition was not getting better since he was diagnosed with kidney problems last year. Unfortunately, C1767-Norwich was found passed away today.
