Anima–January Rescue (C2689-Egg)!

<10-01-2022> C2689-Egg (M), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 10th January 2022, after a message from Ms. In referring that there was an adult sick cat on Travessa dos Ovos for a few days. Rescue team went there and didn’t see the adult sick cat but there was a kitten. The young cat, C2689-Egg was picked up and he was welcomed to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, Ms. In! Anima–January Sad News (C1174-Bella)!

<09-01-2022> C1174-Bella (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd April 2016, after a call from Mr. Andrii, informing that he could not take care of C1174-Bella anymore as he was going back to Europe very soon. C1174-Bella was rescued by Mr. Andrii from the street. She was de-sexed and vaccinated. Recently, C1174-Bella got sick her kidneys. According to the vet, she not also has stones inside her kidneys as also she has stones on her bladder. Bella started a treatment, but unfortunately, despite all medical efforts, she did not survive. Her body will be delivered in IAM. Please, help us giving them an opportunity to be adopted before it is too late! Never Abandon your pets! <08-01-2022> Today, we were visited by 88 persons, of which 18 were volunteers from UGAMM. This group gave us a precious help volunteering at our Dogs' Shelter. Anima–January Rescue (C2687, C2688)!

<07-01-2022> Two cats, C2687-Simon (M), together with C2688-Gaia (F), around three years old, were rescued by Anima on 7th January 2022 from Macau Kennel, as they are full and have no space. Anima–January Sad News (249-Fido)!

<05-01-2022> 249-Fido (M), one of our eldest dogs, had been in Anima for long time. Very friendly and playful with everyone, he welcomes every single visitor in our shelter. Recently, Fido got sick from thyroid and his kidneys didn’t go well either. 249-Fido was sent to a vet clinic for treatment. Unfortunately, despite all medical efforts, he did not survive, and his body will be delivered in IAM. His ashes and memories of good old times will stay with us. R.I.P. our friend! Anima-December Adoption (C2498-Tako)!

<31-12-2021> Tako was adopted today by Ms. Che! C2498-Tako (M), a cat around four months old back then, was rescued by Anima on 31st January 2021, following a call from Ms. Chao reporting that a kitten had been wandering in Beco do Peixe Salgado for a few days. According to Ms. Chao, the cat was abandoned by a shopkeeper when the store moved to a different location. Our Rescue team visited the site and managed to rescue him after setting a cat trap. Tako was sent to a clinic for consultation and was welcomed to our Cats’ Paradise. Today, Tako found the love of a new family! Thank you so much, Ms. Che, for choosing to adopt! Anima–December Sad News (C2218-Mia)!

<30-12-2021> C2218-Mia (F), around one and a half years, C2219- Moochie (M), around one year and C2220-Marley (M), around six months back then, were all rescued by Anima on the 14th October 2019 from IAM due to lack of space. Recently, Mia had been under treatment for several issues, including anemia and kidney problems. Blood test results showed severe anemia and she has renal failure. Unfortunately, despite all medical efforts, she did not survive, and her body will be delivered in IAM. R.I.P. our friend!
