Anima-November Adoption (R057-Chicago)!

<22-11-2021> Chicago was adopted today by Ms. Tam! R057-Chicago (M), a rabbit around three years old back then, was rescued by Anima on 13th March 2021. Our team was mobilized after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that she found a rabbit abandoned in a cage in Av. do General Castelo Branco. Chicago was collected and welcomed into our Cats’ Paradise. Anima-Melco Resorts Entertainment helped us!

<22-11-2021> Today, we were visited by 23 persons, of which 15 were volunteers from Melco Resorts & Entertainment. The group gave us a precious help with 1o members volunteering at our Cats’ Paradise. Our heartfelt thanks to all volunteers for the commitment and support to our cause! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! Anima-Melco Resorts Entertainment helped us!

Anima–Rescue and Return (SPP2411, SPP2412, SPP2413)!

<19-11-2021> SPP2412-Echo (M), around two years old and SPP2413-Monki (M), around three years old, are under our Special Protection Program (SPP) now. SPP2411-Will (M), around five months old, became under our Special Protection Program (SPP) yesterday. They are under Mr. Che’s responsibility in a Ka-Ho Workshop. SPP2411-Will, SPP2412-Echo and SPP2413-Monki were checked by our staff, dewormed and defleaed. Thanks, Mr. Che! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Anima–November Sad News (H069-Pitaya)!

<18-11-2021> H063-Peach (F), H064-Loquat (F), H065-Carambola (F), H066-Rose (F), H067-YangMei (F), H068-Chayote (F) and H069-Pitaya (F), all around three months old, were rescued by Anima on 12th June 2020, from Macau Kennel. They were rescued by I.A.M on 31st May, a case referral by Departamento Policial das Ilhas - Comissariado de Coloane, regarding those 7 hamsters were found abandoned on the side of the road at Seac Pai Van near a Bus Stop in a plastic box. Also, H055-Star Fruit (M), H056-MangoSteen (M), H057-JuJuBe (M), H058-Rambutan (M), H059-Physalis (M), H060-Sapodilla (M), H061-Guara (M), H062-Golden Apple (M), all around three months old, were rescued by Anima on 2nd June 2020, after received a message on Facebook by Mr. Hong, reporting that 8 hamsters were found abandoned at the same place. Anima–November Return (SPP2410-Testi)!

<17-11-2021> SPP2410-Testi (M), a puppy around nine months old, was rescued by Anima on 16th November 2021 and he is under our Special Protection Program. Anima received a call from Mr. Tog reporting that SPP2410-Testi got injured near Pac On. He asked us to help. SPP2410-Testi was sent to a clinic for consultation. His testicles were ruptured and need a surgery. Anima helped with the castration in this situation and SPP2410-Testi was returned safely to his place today. Thanks, Mr. Tog! Anima–November Sad News (H046-Coconut)!

<16-11-2021> H044-Kiwi (F), around 2 months old, was rescued on 28th January 2020 from youngster Kenji, who claimed to have 28 hamsters and had mixed the males and females together. She gave birth at least to 7 baby hamsters, H046-Coconut, H047-Grapes, H048-Morango, H049-Lime, H050-Banana, H051-Star Fruit and H052-Pomegranate. They were all kept in our Dogs’ Shelter. Anima-November Adoption (C2626, C2629)!

<16-11-2021> Mariko and Flying Tiger were adopted today by Ms. Cheok! C2624-Alicia (F), C2625-Vargas (F), C2626-Mariko (F), C2627-Morass (F), C2628-Diablo (M), C2629-Flying Tiger (M), C2630-Falcon (M), C2631-Largo (M), C2632-Zola (M), C2633-Beetle (M) and C2634-Tyrant (M), all around six weeks old back then, were rescued by Anima on 11th September 2021. The rescue happened after a call from Ms. Chan, who reported to have found the kittens abandoned in a cardboard box at Fortaleza do Monte. They were firstly sent by our team to a clinic for a check-up, as some of them seemed to be struggling to breath. After consultation, all were welcomed to our Cats’ Paradise. Anima-November Adoption (C2621, C2622)!

<16-11-2021> Matilda and Melina were adopted today by Ms. Figueiredo! Three siblings of C2620-Miley, named C2621-Matilda (F), C2622-Melina (F) and C2623-Mani (M), all around one month old back then, were rescued by Anima on 9th September 2021, after another call for help from Ms. Teresa. According to Ms. Teresa, the mother cat was been living near her building for a while and she frequently wandered on the high wall for a rest. C2368-Lazaro was rescued from the same area by Anima on 6th July 2020, C2555-Lollipop was rescued from the same place by Anima on 21st March 2021 and C2620-Miley, the last one, was rescued on 30th August 2021. Ms. Teresa also mentioned that the mother gets pregnant multiple times. We believed that the mother still needs to be neutered. Anima-November Adoption (C2411-Lilian)!

<16-11-2021> Lilian was adopted today by Mr. Tang! C2409-Lorrie (F), around two years old, C2410-Lawrence (M), around eight months old, C2411-Lilian (F), around seven months old, as well as C2412-Lumi (F) and C2413-Lucia (F), both around two years old by that time, were all rescued by Anima on the 11th October 2020, from the cages where they were found without minimum living conditions, inside an intern patio of a building in Macau. One other cat, C2414-Kaya, was also rescued later, caught while roaming freely over the same site. This was the second day of an extensive rescue operation in a site identified by our rescue team on the previous days and under the responsibility of an elderly lady in Macau.
