Anima–November Return (SPP2410-Testi)!

<17-11-2021> SPP2410-Testi (M), a puppy around nine months old, was rescued by Anima on 16th November 2021 and he is under our Special Protection Program. Anima received a call from Mr. Tog reporting that SPP2410-Testi got injured near Pac On. He asked us to help. SPP2410-Testi was sent to a clinic for consultation. His testicles were ruptured and need a surgery. Anima helped with the castration in this situation and SPP2410-Testi was returned safely to his place today. Thanks, Mr. Tog! Anima–November Sad News (H046-Coconut)!

<16-11-2021> H044-Kiwi (F), around 2 months old, was rescued on 28th January 2020 from youngster Kenji, who claimed to have 28 hamsters and had mixed the males and females together. She gave birth at least to 7 baby hamsters, H046-Coconut, H047-Grapes, H048-Morango, H049-Lime, H050-Banana, H051-Star Fruit and H052-Pomegranate. They were all kept in our Dogs’ Shelter. Anima-November Adoption (C2626, C2629)!

<16-11-2021> Mariko and Flying Tiger were adopted today by Ms. Cheok! C2624-Alicia (F), C2625-Vargas (F), C2626-Mariko (F), C2627-Morass (F), C2628-Diablo (M), C2629-Flying Tiger (M), C2630-Falcon (M), C2631-Largo (M), C2632-Zola (M), C2633-Beetle (M) and C2634-Tyrant (M), all around six weeks old back then, were rescued by Anima on 11th September 2021. The rescue happened after a call from Ms. Chan, who reported to have found the kittens abandoned in a cardboard box at Fortaleza do Monte. They were firstly sent by our team to a clinic for a check-up, as some of them seemed to be struggling to breath. After consultation, all were welcomed to our Cats’ Paradise. Anima-November Adoption (C2621, C2622)!

<16-11-2021> Matilda and Melina were adopted today by Ms. Figueiredo! Three siblings of C2620-Miley, named C2621-Matilda (F), C2622-Melina (F) and C2623-Mani (M), all around one month old back then, were rescued by Anima on 9th September 2021, after another call for help from Ms. Teresa. According to Ms. Teresa, the mother cat was been living near her building for a while and she frequently wandered on the high wall for a rest. C2368-Lazaro was rescued from the same area by Anima on 6th July 2020, C2555-Lollipop was rescued from the same place by Anima on 21st March 2021 and C2620-Miley, the last one, was rescued on 30th August 2021. Ms. Teresa also mentioned that the mother gets pregnant multiple times. We believed that the mother still needs to be neutered. Anima-November Adoption (C2411-Lilian)!

<16-11-2021> Lilian was adopted today by Mr. Tang! C2409-Lorrie (F), around two years old, C2410-Lawrence (M), around eight months old, C2411-Lilian (F), around seven months old, as well as C2412-Lumi (F) and C2413-Lucia (F), both around two years old by that time, were all rescued by Anima on the 11th October 2020, from the cages where they were found without minimum living conditions, inside an intern patio of a building in Macau. One other cat, C2414-Kaya, was also rescued later, caught while roaming freely over the same site. This was the second day of an extensive rescue operation in a site identified by our rescue team on the previous days and under the responsibility of an elderly lady in Macau. Anima–Lost or Disappear (C1775-Prince)!

<15-11-2021> Our beloved Prince (Male), around 9 years old, microchipped, and castrated has gone missing since August this year near R. de Fernão Mendes Pinto in Taipa. Anima didn’t receive any news regarding Prince when we follow up his condition with the adopter. Only after constant inquiry, we were told that Prince has gone missing since August this year! Prince, a charming and affectional guy, never had the experience to be living outside without human protection. His missing is truly a devastating and worrying news to all of us who care for him! Anima–November Sad News (896-Vivian)!

<10-11-2021> 896-Vivian (F), with an estimated age of eleven years old now, was rescued by Anima on 18th September 2012, together with her family, total of a group of 25 dogs that were all abandoned in Macau Kennel. The owner didn’t neuter his dogs and let the family grew until that huge amount. Finally, when he couldn’t handle and never asked for help, he just abandoned them all in Macau Kennel without any responsibility. On that time Anima decided to take over all 25 dogs. 896-Vivian became sick and staying in our vet area for some days. She had diarrhea and severe dehydration. A lot of giardiasis was found from her stool. She was found unable to move and weak yesterday. She was taking medication, but she didn’t improve at all and begin to enter in suffer! After discussed with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision...
