Anima-September New SPP Dog (SPP2396-Bonnie)!

<03-09-2021> SPP2396-Bonnie (F), around 8 months old, is now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). She is under Mrs. So's responsibility in Hac Sa Site and Anima will support a spay surgery. SPP2396-Bonnie was spayed in a clinic today and returned safely to her former site after the surgery. Thanks, Mrs. So! Please help us to help them! Anima-August Rescue (C2620-Miley)!

<30-08-2021> C2620-Miley (F), around one month old, was rescued by Anima on 30th August 2021, after a call from Ms. Teresa reporting that a kitten had fallen from a high wall in her enclosure and wandered into her yard. The yard was surrounded by a high wall and a vacant school building is located on the back of the wall. According to Ms. Teresa, the mother cat has been living here for a while and she frequently wandered on the high wall for a rest. It was the fourth kitten that had fallen from her enclosure and two of them, C2368-Lazaro was rescued from the same area by Anima on 6th July 2020, C2555-Lollipop was rescued from the same place by Anima on 21st March 2021. Ms. Teresa also mentioned that the mother gets pregnant multiple times. We believed that the mother still needs to be neutered. Anima can help by providing...

Anima-August Return (C2142-Erwine)!

<30-08-2021> C2142-Erwine (F), around five weeks old by the time, was rescued by Anima on the 20th June 2019, after she was found by one of our staff members right outside our Cats’ Paradise. Erwine was adopted on 9th August 2019! Unfortunately, today she was left in Macau kennel! The owner needs to leave and cannot bring her back. Anima-August Rescue and Return (SPP2380-Dong Dong)!

<23-08-2021> A mother dog, SPP2380-Dong Dong (F) with around three years old and a father, SPP2381-Michael (M), around six years old, along with their five puppies, all became under our Special Protection Program (SPP) on 26th July 2021, under Mr. Io's responsibility. Today, SPP2380-Dong Dong was sent to a clinic for a desex surgery. Everything went well and Dong Dong got back to her place. Anima will help with the neutering surgeries and promotion for adoption. Anima–August Rescue (2390-Do Do)!

<19-08-2021> 2390-Do Do (M), around 12 years old, was rescued by Anima from IAM Macau kennel on 19th August 2021, after the owner abandon him. According to the owner, Do Do have been barking at night and causing problem as neighbors were already complaining. He also became aggressive and bite the owner when having nails cut. Anima found out that the incident of biting the owner was during his younger years. 2390-Do Do seems to have skin problem and was sent to a clinic before stay with us in our Dogs’ Shelter. Anima–August Rescue (2391-Guia)!

<19-08-2021> 2391-Guia (M), around one and a half year old, was rescued by Anima on 19th August 2021, after receiving a Facebook message from Mr. Johnson reporting that there was an injured dog with a big wound on the head running around in the trail of Guia. He asked our help. After several tries the dog escaped into the bushes in the mountain. IAM was also searching the area as someone contacted them, too. Their staff manage to catch him and 2391-Guia was transferred to Anima when arrived in Macau Kennel. The wound got worse and Guia needed to go to a clinic. According to the vet, he needs to stay for a while to have appropriate treatment. Hope e gets better soon to come back to our Dogs’ Shelter! Thanks, everyone and IAM for the cooperation!
