Anima – Sheng Kung Hui Saint Stephen’s Church had visited us!

Today 38 people visited us, 11 from Sheng Kung Hui Saint Stephen’s Church! More and more visitors come to Anima! Last year we have 5,511 visitors as compared with 5,032 visitors in 2013, an increase of around 9.5%! In 2015, up to the end of August, we had 3,806 visitors an increase of 5.9% as compared with 3,593 in the same period of 2014! 42 groups of schools, associations and companies have visited us! Anima – September Return (SPP1059-Shar Pei Chai)!

SPP1059-Shar Pei Chai was rescued by Anima on 31st August 2015, after a call from Gina referring that he was found sick somewhere in Macau. SPP1059-Shar Pei Chai was sent to a clinic immediately. Anima – September New Adoption (1523-Tong Tong)!

1523-Tong Tong was rescued by Anima and immediately adopted by Michele in a trial basis as the adopter had several cats at home. The cats didn’t accepted Tong Tong and after few days there was no other choice than find to him a new adopter. Michelle got a friend Damian that adopted him and he is now happy at his new home! 1252-Bentley was adopted on 18th July 2015! Bentley is a husky, found at Rua da Praia do Manduco on June 21, 2014, with no microchip. Anima – September SPP1467-Brandon returned!

SPP1467-Brandon was rescued by Anima on 20th May 2015, after a call from Ms. Wu reporting that Brandon was hit by a car few days ago. As he can not afford to pay the vet bill, Anima helped. He was sent to a clinic for surgery and the cost was around 10,000 patacas, fully paid by Anima. He stayed in Anima up to now and was already capable to come back. We are sorry not to keep him but without space we can not save others also in danger! We will miss him as he is a gentle dog! Please Adopt! Never Buy! Anima – September Temporary Accommodation (1432-Meeny)!

See Meeny (Angkor) now and when he was rescued! 1432-Meeny was rescued by Anima on March 13, 2015 together with 1431-Eeny, 1433-Miny and 1434-Moe, two males and two females, after a call from Mr. Tse, regarding 7 (seven) puppies that were born in a construction site somewhere in Macau. Three of them were taken by adopters and the mother disappeared. The remaining came to Anima. Meeny, now Angkor, one of the puppies, was adopted by Joel on 28th July 2015 and is now with us for 12 days! Please Adopt and never buy! Never abandon your pet! Abandoning a pet is cruelty! Anima – September Rescue (1530 to 1533)!

1530-Jerome, 1531-Jeremy, both males, 1532-Joa and 1533-Jamie, both females, all one day old, were rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Zheng, regarding four puppies that were born in his house by her dog a Schnauzer this morning. She was 15 years old and it was the seventh time she got pregnant. She had no milk at all! This is irresponsibility! We are asking him to spay her female and the male, otherwise more pregnancies may come later! It was told to him very clear: for the sake of those animals we collected all of them, otherwise they will die and the fault belongs only to him! As a consequence, our supervisor Mrs. Zoe will give milk to them every four hours, day and night! Irresponsible people! Thanks Zoe! Please be responsible! De-sex your pets!
