Anima – September Adoption (C944-Kori)!

C944-Kori was born in Anima on 6th May 2015 and was one of the kittens of C916-Kimmy that was rescued by Anima on March 27, 2015 pregnant in a car shop at Rua Três do Bairro da Areia Preta. The other siblings were C943-Kate and C945-Krish. Kimmy was wounded in the eyes when rescued! Now Kori was adopted by Mr. Chan! Thanks Mr. Chan! Please Adopt! C936-Kya was rescued by Anima on 25th April 2015, together with C932-Karlah, C933-Keaton, C934-Kathy and C935-Katerina. Anima – VC019-Rocky stayed with us for one night!

Anima – September Sad News (C934-Kathy)!

C934-Kathy was rescued on 25th April 2015, together with C932-Karlah, C933-Keaton, C935-Katerino and C936-Kya, after a call from Michele reporting that six kittens were found somewhere in Taipa. C932-Karla, C933-Keaton, C934-Kathy and C935-Katerina were six weeks old. Kattie was sick for long and isolated from others as she had F.I.P.. C1025-Lottie was rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Ho referring that he found a cat that could not walk properly in Ruins of St. Paul's since the morning. Anima – September Adoption (C992-Leda and C993-Len)!

Leda and Len when rescued and now after two months time with us! C992-Leda and C993-Len were rescued by Anima on 5th July 2015, after a call from Mr. Kou that delivered them to us. He had found the two kittens, around 1.5 months, in his terrace at Rua Marginal do Canal das Hortas & Rua Dois da Cidade Nova de Toi San. Now both have been adopted by Ms. Celia. Thanks Ms. Celia! Anima – Socialization: a very careful process!

Anima does not cage and does not kill and all animals living with us have play time. As we are completely full we try our best to avoid reducing the space of every animal by studying the best combination and the best pens for the newcomers, when we can not put them back in their sites after rescue. This is a very careful process and needs a proper supervision for around two weeks. Night time during the socialization they do not stay together for safety reasons. The approval of the leader of the pen is very important. Usually when this happens easily, the socialization has all possibilities to be a success. To do that we need also people (more than one) to approach the animals one by one (first the leader), and after two by two and so on. We are trying to keep SPP1222-Nizie as she has always skin problems...
