Anima – Fountain of Hope visited us!

<08-04-2017> Today, 79 people visited us, three were from Fountain of Hope that visited our Cats’ Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to March 2017, Anima received 2,603 visitors, an increase of 35.7% as compared with the same period of last year. 28 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, and we have been in nine events organized by friends or by us! Anima – Sheng Kung Hui Nova Ligação visited us!

Anima–April Adoption (C1439-Loki)!

<08-04-2017> C1439-Loki was adopted by Ms. Lei on 8th April 2017! C1439-Loki (M), with an estimated age of four months old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd March 2017, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a kitten, C1439-Loki, was trapped by glue in Rua (Street) Dois do Bairro da Areia Preta. He asked Anima to help. C1439-Loki was checked by our vet and de-wormed. He had a flea infestation and was staying in Anima Cat's Paradise until today. Thanks Ms. Lei! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–April Adoption (C1467-Cupcake)!

<08-04-2017> C1467-Cupcake was adopted by Ms. Ryder on 8th April 2017! C1467-Cupcake (F), with an estimated age of two months old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd March 2017, after a call from Mr. Leong, informing that he saw a cat in the middle of the road near C.E.M. (Rua Venceslau De Morais) that was almost hit by a truck. Mr. Leong collected C1467-Cupcake and brought her to Anima. C1467-Cupcake was checked by our vet and de-wormed. There was a minor scratch wound on her right ear tip. C1467-Cupcake was staying in Cats’ Paradise and was adopted today. Thanks Ms. Ryder! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima-April Adoption (C1396-Donut)!

<08-04-2017> Donut was adopted by Mr. Ryan on 8th April 2017! C1385-Salem (F), was rescued by Anima on 17th January 2017, with an estimated age of ten months old, after a call from Ms. Tam reporting that she found a cat pregnant in Auto-Silo do Lido. Salem was sent to a clinic by Ms. Tam for accommodation for one night and then transferred to our Cat’s Paradise. Amble was checked by our vet and dewormed. On 20 January 2017, four kittens C1394-Baquette, C1395-Bagel, C1396-Donut and C1397-Croissant were born by her. Today Donut was adopted! Thanks Mr. Ryan! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–April Rescue (C1490-Jamia)!

<08-04-2017> C1490-Jamia (F), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 8th April 2017, after a call from Ms. Nafisa, reporting that a cat, C1490-Jamia, was found in the staircase of her building in Estrada Siu Keng Toi, last night. She tried with no success to find the owner. She asked us to help as she has three cats already. C1490-Jamia was checked by our vet and de-wormed. She was delivered to Cats’ Paradise for quarantine. <08-04-2017> C1489-Ronnie (M), around four months old, was rescued by Anima on 8th April 2017, after a call from Mr. Oscar from Anyhelp regarding a kitten rescued by him last night in the Bay View. C1489-Ronnie was sent by Mr. Oscar to a clinic for a checkup. Oscar asked us to help as he has no way to keep C1489-Ronnie. C1489-Ronnie was delivered to Anima Cats’ Paradise for quarantine. Anima – April Rescue (SPPC1485 to SPPC1488)!

<08-04-2017> SPPC1485-Tyson, SPPC1486-Tomas, SPPC1487-Tonya and SPPC1488-Tricia, all around one month old, are now under our Special Protection Program and were rescued by Anima through Michele on 8th April 2017, somewhere in Taipa! They were checked by our vet and de-wormed. After medication, they were returned to their place and fostered by Michele temporarily. Michele is responsible for them in that area. Thanks Michele! Anima–April Rescue and Sad News (C1484-Curry)!

<08-04-2017> C1484-Curry (M), with an estimated age of four months, was rescued by Anima already dead on 8th April 2017, after a call from Ms. Lam reporting that a kitten, C1484-Curry, was hit by a car in Rua (Street) Nova de S. Anima-April adoption (C1388-Nacho)!

<07-04-2017> Nacho was adopted by Ms. Carolina Sousa on 7th April 2017! C1388-Nacho (F), with an estimated age of three years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th January 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they have six cats already prepared to go to Anima, freeing space for saving other cats in the Kennel! Anima and IACM are cooperating to rescue more stray animals! They were all neutered and vaccinated. C1388-Nacho had lost one leg and was with us under observation. In the past, Carolina was also the adopter of SPP1147-Joey, a dog that lost also one leg! It is a great and courageous lady. An example of love and compassion! Thanks Carolina!
