ANIMA- Charity Movie Show donates to Anima!
<15-08-2016> The “Star Rise Cultural and Creative Association” will hold a charity movie show on 25 August 2016 (Thursday) at 7pm at Cinema Alegria. The movie “Dogs without names” will be shown and 50% of the net profit of the event will be donated to ANIMA. The rest will be donated to other volunteer groups who help animals. “Dogs without names” is a Japanese movie produced by a director Akane Yamanda who made the movie a docu-drama. Her dog “Summer” died in sickness and she was very sad. At that time, she wanted to do something to help dogs in her life. From 2010, she made a documentary video regarding the animal shelters in Japan, especially the countless lost dogs and cats in 20 kilometres “red zone” around the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
