Anima – January Adoption (C880-Peach)!

C880-Peach was rescued in a very bad situation on 20th January 2015, after a call from Ms. Lydia reporting that Peach was found with a nylon cord wrapping the left hind leg in Av. de Kwong Tung (near Hillsville). It seemed like someone hold it so fast that the nylon cut his leg. He was sent immediately to a clinic as the bone of his leg was sticking out. According to the vet, the plastic straw caused ulceration of the foot. The skin on the foot was completely dead, destroying the paws and leaving the bones sticking out. The entire leg was without blood flow and cannot be saved only by amputation. We decided to save him doesn’t matter if he will be amputated! Now Peach was adopted by Mr. Ellison. 1644-Renni was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Eva reporting that a puppy was hit by a truck near Parque Industrial da Concordia. Renni passed away a long time before we arrived. January Rescue and New SPP Cat (SPPC1112-Longman)!

SPPC1112-Longman, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima after a call from Michele reporting that a male cat around one years old, was found sick somewhere in Taipa. Longman was skinny and dehydrated, and his left ear lobe was injured. He was already neutered so we don’t know if he was abandoned by someone. We are keeping an eye on him! Thanks Michele! 1641-Sun and 1642-Kamsoon was rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Lee reporting that both dogs were owned by his friend in Macau and his friend left Macau without taking the dogs. He cannot keep them anymore as he will go back to his country soon.
