Anima – October Rescue (SPPC1067-Wessels)!

C1067-Wessel was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Maria reporting that an injured cat was found in Estrada de Cheoc Wan. SPPC1067-Wessel, now under our Special Protection Program, was delivered to a clinic immediately for an X-Rays as the left hind leg was injured and infected. He has no fracture. Never abandon your pets! Abandoning a pet should be a crime! Please do not be cruel! Animals have rights! October Temporary Accommodation (C970-Chanmi)!

Chanmi when rescued, adopted and now staying with us temporarily! C970-Chanmi was rescued by Anima on June 17, 2015 after a call from Mr. Chan referring that he has found a kitten under a car near Rua de Domingos Belchior Carneiro. The kitten went inside the engine and only with the support of the police and fire department we were able to rescue her. Chanmi was afterwards, on 18th July 2015, adopted by Mr. Wu. Now he is with us for seven days free of charge. If you adopt an animal from us you have the privilege to leave your animal in Anima during 15 days free of charge in the first year of adoption. October Rescue (C1065-Florella and C1066-Floria)!

C1065-Fiorella and C1066-Floria were accepted by Anima even if we disagree with the abandonment of the two pets. Who brought them to Anima referred that his tenant left two cats in his house on 2010. He has taken care of them up to now but because someone in the family has an allergy he can not keep them anymore. This is a recurrent argument used by many members of our community for abandon their pets! We are not stupid but for the sake of those animals we preferred to accept them! Never abandon your pets! Anima – October Adoption (1488-Summer)!

Four puppies, 1487-Spring, 1488-Summer, 1489-Autumn and 1490-Winter were found abandoned in the middle of the road between the water company and Anima on 7th July 2015, around 8:55am. 1489-Autumn had a wound on her neck and all of them had skin problems. Anima – October new SPP (1574-Ah Mike)!

SPP1574-Ah Mike, is now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). Ah Mike is the father of 1535-Paiman, 1536-Paisley, 1537-Pal, 1538-Palmer, 1539-Paloma, 1540-Paola and 1541-Parisa, four males and three females, that were rescued by Anima on 29th September 2015, after a call from Mr. Ho. Anima – October Rescue and Sad News (C1064-Brianna)!

C1064-Brianna, around three years old, was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Ma reporting that a cat was found dying in Rua da Chaves (near Escola Fong Chong da Taipa). She contacted the police and asked us to help also. C1064-Brianna was delivered to a clinic immediately with severe damages on her brains and face, including nose, throat and eyes. She couldn’t breath as the damage was really severe. She was in suffer for some days already, we believe! It seems the head and face was burned! May be she was hit by a car or by someone! After a favorable opinion of a vet and the approval of two board members from Anima, Brianna was euthanized. She was in suffer and there was no way to help her! R.I.P. my friend! If you are sensitive, please do not open! 1573-Trista, still a puppy, was rescued by Anima already dead after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that the body of a  dog  was found in Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança.
