<15-01-2022> Today, we were visited by 46 people, of which six were from UGAMM Youth Team (União Geral Associação Moradores Macau). The group visited our Dogs’ Shelter and walked some of our furry friends. Thank you for your visit! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! Anima-January Adoption (C2680-Café)!

<15-01-2022> Café was adopted today by Ms. Lei! C2680-Café (M) was rescued by Anima on December 22, 2021, when he was around three months old. On that day, we received a call from a fireman reporting that a kitten was hiding under a fire truck in Kiang Wu area. Café was rescued and welcomed into Cats’ Paradise. Today, Café found the love of a new family! Thank you so much, Ms. Lei, for choosing to adopt! Please, adopt and don't buy! Anima–January Sad News (C1538-Sanna)!

<01-01-2022> On a sad note, our cat C1538-Sanna has passed away. Sanna had been rescued from Macau Municipal Kennel on 18 May, 2017, when she was eight months old. Since that day, she had been living in our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, Sanna was under treatment for several issues, including kidney and liver problems. R.I.P. our friend! Anima-December Adoption (C2667-Bees)!

<26-12-2021> Bees was adopted today by Ms. Lao! C2667-Bees (M), around four months old at the time of the rescue, was collected by Anima on 28 November, 2021. Bees belonged to a non-resident worker, who reported to be in need of returning to her country of origin. Attending to the lack of options, her cats were welcomed into Cats’ Paradise. Anima–December Rescue and Adoption (SG001-Wes)!

<19-12-2021> While Anima’s efforts might seem to be mostly focused on dogs and cats, our protection is often extended to other species. Yesterday, a Sugar Glider was rescued by Anima! SG001-Wes (M), around six months old, was rescued following a call from Mr. Lau reporting to have found him in Parque de Seac Pai Van. Wes was brought to our Cats’ Paradise and, fortunately, we soon found people interested in adopting him. Today, Wes was adopted by Mr. Cheng! Thank you so much for adopting, Mr. Cheng! Anima-Sheng Kung Hui Youth Service Team helped us!

Anima–December Rescue (C2678-Mars)!

<12-12-2021> C2678-Mars (M), a cat around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 12th December, 2021. We received a call from Ms. Law reporting that a cat with a pink collar had entered a shop in Avenida do General Castelo Branco. The cat had been hiding under a fridge, apparently for several days. Mars was sent to a clinic immediately, as he was found skinny and with his fur covered in sticky mouse trap glue. He was diagnosed with Cryptorchidism and X-ray images revealed an old fracture on his left rib. Mars will remain hospitalized for the time being. Please help us to help them! Anima–December Rescue and Sad News (2620-Bluto)!

<11-12-2021> Over the past few days, our team has been mobilized for the search of a white injured dog, seen by several people wandering around Coloane Village. Today, our rescue efforts have sadly come to an end, as we received a call from Ms. Vera reporting to have found the body of the dog on some rocky cliffs in Coloane seaside. The body was found in poor condition, with maggots infesting the wounded area. Anima collected the body and delivered it to Macau Municipal Kennel. R.I.P.! Please help us to help them!
